Lychee Chinese Gourmet

We had 1 large shrimp fried rice, 1 small shrimp fried rice and chicken wings. The shrimp fried rice was uneatab, the shrimp was undercooked and chicken wings were awful. Upon getting home we werr quite sick to our stomachs. The lady who waited on us was extremely rude. When asked for napkins etc sge would throw them at you. Very bad attitude and lousy service. $30.00 down the drain. Will never ever eat there again.

I have traveled to many places eat in many Chinese restaurants BUT NOTHING LIKE THIS ONE HORRIBLE IN EVERY SENSE FOOD WAS NASTY WINGS OLD SHRIMP NOT COOKED RIGHT 👎service lady was so rude is sad

This is a convenient place to stop for a meal while out shopping. I think it's a good value. We usually order bean curd homestyle and are always pleased.

I want to share my details with this restaurant I’m new to the city so I just moved in this city on beginning of July and I seen this spot place i don’t have no problem or any issues before I always come in peace just want to grab my food and go.. my son love their food but there is this one boy that sometime works at the cashier and he always faithfully personally me from my own experience he have a smart remark to say ? Or like just has an attitude?I don’t know if he hates being there, I can say they are good working people in the kitchen I appreciate y’all

Lychee is the best option for takeout chinese food in Johnstown. It is very easy to order online and pickup in 15mins. The vegetable lo mein is great. The general tso tofu, sesame tofu and bean curd home style are my favorite dishes to order on their menu. Food is priced well, and service is nice. Highly recommend.

I ordered food online for pick up. Was ready right when I got there. Prices were great, I paid $40 for two combination meals plus a quart of beef fried rice and an appetizer. Food was fresh and hot and large portions! Will come here from now on!

Always a great experience. A lot of food for the price. Made fresh and fast. Always treated super well. Everyone who works there is really nice and takes pride in their job. My order is always a big one, and it is still fine super fast. Call ahead and it will be ready when you get there.

HIGHLY do NOT recommend.
The food is decent the service is bad enough for the food to not matter.
We ordered 60 dollars (2 dinners, 2 appetizers) of food for a family of 2 adults 2 kids. They told us 30 minutes I was there in 15 and food was already sitting on the counter (not really too big of deal that’s why I go early). When we got the whole way home they didn’t give us our fried rice up asked for or even the white rice that was supposed to come with it. So I called back to let them know I’d swing back to pick it up. The female owner stated I can come back for rice but would have to pay for it extra for fried rice because she forgot to ring it in. I told her they never gave me any rice annd that’s kinda unfair since they didn’t even give me the white rice. she responded with she understood but forgot to charge me for fried rice and needed to charge me when I got back to the store. I finally make it back to the restaurant and they haven’t even started making it yet and I had to wait another 10 minutes AND pay for rice. I asked if they did entire refunds and they said just bring the food back. (I’m 100% sure they would resell it even though I took it home due to the fact thy put up major fight over 2 dollars worth of rice but would willingly give back 60 dollars in exchange for the food) ANYWAYS they took zero accountability for their mistake and made me pay for it twice by running back and forth and didn’t even care about the inconvenience.

Wonderful hot & sour soup + garlic shrimp. Clean interior, fast service. Seats were a little creaky, but who cares? Will return and try other dishes.
