Pulled to the side and so did everyone else. Waited 25 minutes to bring order out without the drinks. Hardened a milkshake but said they were cleaning the filter and have to wait. Didn't have time. So I paid $13.00 for a cold quarter pounder and greasey cold fries. Never again.

They said they were gonna be fresh fries waited for like 10 mins for not fresh fries

All the employees seem fine but deff don’t care lol

This McDonald’s can be shut down 🤞😂

Bad service terrible food cold freeze raw burgers dirty filthy bad customer service disrespectful. Threatening to call the law when I complained about a burger being raw to the point of a pink milkshake it was so raw you can taste the raw meat. I highly recommend you go somewhere else unless you want to die of food poisoning or worse. I give a zero for the rating...... Caution ????

They have failed 4 food safety inspections in a row not only that but I overhurd the assistant manager Ashley talking about her herpies out break when I went in to pick up food needless to say I did not eat it and the poor standards of the restaurant is because of the incompatince of the store owner Julie who also owns the one in Westmont and Windber hence why we don't have a good mcdonalds in johnstown it's very unfortunate and she needs to be turned into corporate

They have failed the last 4 food safety checks with corporate. There is constantly mold in the soda fountain spouts, the frappe machine, the milkshake machine, and the machine that makes lattes. There have been times I have gotten so much mold in the drinks they tell me to throw it away and make another. No cleaning required. The timers for the heat cabinet are never on and if they are and they go off instead of switching food out they rest the timers. I have watched them wipe dead bugs out of the fry tray and just dump new fries in and serve them. The frappe machine has turned into a breading spot for fruit flies and all that’s being done is a simple wipe down. Which is another reason why it was down for so long. The tubes were so caked in mold they couldn’t suck through the frappe mix. The gentleman from Taylor had told me in the 35 years he’s been doing his job he’s never seen one so moldy.

I'm at McDonald's in Ebensburg Pennsylvania once a day. Before I go to work. Service is always great staff is staff is always courteous and kind it's a great place to start your day.

They never clean their hands and change their gloves. The franchise should be ashamed of this crew and their management people can get sick or even die. Take a little ability to show you can get your time down and do it efficiently. The people are so rude I tried to ask what was in my bag and they couldn't even answer. People need to care about customer service. Not just blow the customer off and feel disrespected.

The food is always fresh and the employees are pleasant.... but here comes the kicker... you place an order and then wait 30-45 minutes for food. I have been here and the orders used to come out faster but as of recently it has gotten to the point of turtle slow. When doordashing, it really affects your day and deliveries. It also makes your customers angry at you.
