Terrible service. Expect to wait in a stall number for 20 minutes or more. Slow or busy, you will not get your food in a reasonable time. If you’re in a rush definitely do not come here. The management obviously sucks. The workers are beyond rude and they always forget something so that adds another few minutes to your overall wait because you have to send them back in to get what they forgot the first or second time.

The worst McDonald's ever boycott this McDonald's the whole purpose of going through a drive-thru is not to go inside but every time you go there you have to park and wait for your food so you might as well just go in and order it waste of time

I must have been there the right time of day on the right day. They were the best cheeseburgers I've had at McDonald's for years and the way it runs. There's not much to say about the customer service. They just hand you, your food and you keep on going atmosphere well it's a McDonald's.

This location is the worst in the Johnstown area, i have been giving the benefit of the doubt but everytime i order from this location they always screw up my order or the servers give dirty looks (which pisses me off), i just gave them a chance again and order through mcdelivery from the location and more than half of my order wasnt even delivered, what i did get was cold. This location just needs shutdown or completely restaffed because the scalp ave, westmont and galleria locations never give me issues

Straight garbage waited 45 minutes for an online order they didn't have even have the order ready and what we did get was screwed up paid for a whole nugget meal and only got the nuggets on top of making me an hour late for work while the employees just stood around joking with each other

Nothing like ordering your food through the drive thru getting told to pull to the side and then waiting another 20 minutes for your food that was cold
I don't expect much out of a McDonald's meal but I would love if they could get my order right, here in Johnstown. I travel for work and this location is the only one in central and western PA that consistently messes up my meal. Even when ordering on the app, somehow they get it wrong. Offer reading classes to your employees mcds, cause they're having issues in Johnstown. Thanks for no bacon on a bacon quarter pounder...

Pulled to the side and so did everyone else. Waited 25 minutes to bring order out without the drinks. Hardened a milkshake but said they were cleaning the filter and have to wait. Didn't have time. So I paid $13.00 for a cold quarter pounder and greasey cold fries. Never again.
