Food was cold, didn't have what was ordered. Ordered a steak bagel that was supposed to be no EGG and they made it with no steak. Why tf would I order a steak bagel with no steak. And they are very slow, and unprofessional. Employees have an attitude if there is an issue they don't want to fix it

Just wanted a coffee with cream and sugar. Sayre McDonald's I'd the only McDonald's I can think of where there is never customer service or speed. They are the only McDonald's that doesn't stir coffee. People drive thru really shouldn't be doing that. How much did McDonald's get sued for hot coffee burns. Not the helps fault, management is poor or nonexistent.

There is only a few things that I am not happy with at this location. But they are pretty significant. #1. It takes SO LONG for the food to get made. 95% of the time I wait more than 20 minutes for my food. And I don’t order a lot for it to take that long. #2. I’ve come across A LOT of ignorant employees here. I’ve encountered more ignorant than nice ones. #3. Most of the employees are DISGUSTING &/or LAZY & unprofessional. Once there was a girl working, who was both nasty & lazy. She was a colored girl who had hair down to her ass, that wasn’t pulled up into a ponytail let alone hair net. While just standing there while everyone else around her was working, she picked at her hair. Then she proceeded to touch people’s food. I’ve had multiple employees talk to each other over the intercom while I’m trying to place my order. Sometimes it’s just talking & a few other times it was flirting. Then I pulled up to the window & the ones that were flirting over the intercom was playfully shoving each other around & hugging.

Waited 40 minutes for a decaf and hotcakes. They put cream in after asking 3 times on the side. Had to wait for a new pot. Glad people want to work but they need better management
Going to have rate this location a 1 star, thought they were open on Thanksgiving because we were allowed to place our order. Wasted gas and time just to find location was closed, why not switch off the ability to place orders on mobile app??? Don't care that it's closed on Thanksgiving but don't appear like you're open online

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, extra bacon and sauce. When I got it, the bagel was burned and there was no extra bacon. I went back in and politely asked them to make a new one, no attitude or anything. The girl with the short straight blonde hair standing at expo felt the need to say “this isn’t Burger King- have it your way. That’s across the street.” As someone who works in fast food i understand it can be a pain to have to remake an item, but 1. If it’s wrong it’s wrong, 2. I didn’t think asking for the correct order was “having it my way” and 3. She wasn’t even the one who made it so I don’t understand what the need to make a snark comment does. The other two gentlemen were nice, but that lady needs to get herself in check or go work somewhere else, preferably Burger King.
