Ordered delivery. Food was horrible. Cold and tasted horrible. Tried to heat up in oven but made it worse. I threw it away. I believe that food sat there all day. Nasty!

Imagine hating your job so much that on top of an angsty terrible teenage attitude, you managed to turn 2 cookies into hockey pucks. My chicken sandwich was so undercooked it clucked at me. Whoever reads this, please tell your AM employees to take a shower before work smh. 0 hygiene standards.

Placed an online order at 9:42. At 10:35 was told they stopped serving breakfast. Last experience, the cashier was nodding out at the register while taking an order. This place should really just close at this point. It's not even believable to tell the stories of how bad it is.

Showed up at 10:20 to get breakfast waited in line only for them to deny breakfast. Then when I was forced to order off the lunch menu every order except one was wrong. I expected better than the alternative McDonald’s downtown Johnstown but from now on I know better. They even told me to hold at 10:26 until 10:30 just so they could switch menus. If that’s not bad enough, after I ordered they made me sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes while making my order. Burger kind has never done that to me.
Our Server Nylah made all the difference! She gave us exceptional customer service and did it with a smile! Thank you for making our morning!

The only reason I come here is to see Laura in the am who takes the orders the rest of them are lazy and dirty looking and slow and unfriendly this is not the only McDonald’s around here that is in efficient I dealt with all of them and they are the same. The same owner owns them all and u can never get ahold of them. It is croyles there name has been taken down a good while ago from the windows so they know they are worthless owners it’s all about the money. Even Windber lousy Another tid bit every time I order a frappe the machine is either broken or being cleaned in am. Would u not clean it at nite ???? Not in early am when people order them. I wrote corporate and called and complained to all of McDonald’s it was never taken care of what a shame McDonald’s used to be top notch. Can’t blame the workers it’s the owners because nothing was ever fixed. It’s actually stressful and sickening. HEY CROYLES DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR PROBlEMS BESIDES TAKING OUR MONEY FOR POOR EVERYTHING

Inexcusably slow service. Food routinely takes 10+ minutes. Employees literally just standing around, absolutely no one to ask for help or expedite orders. Food is always bland and cold at best. Stay away. Go to the Burger King next door.

Their staff is ok, most of them seem friendly and helpful. But the food is just not good. Idk if it’s half - a** from the cooks or what, but it never tastes good. The food is always lukewarm, if you ordered something with sauce there’s little to none, the coke always tastes flat.
