The absolute WORST service. Waiting on the drive through for more than 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger. Every time I come here, there's some sort of problem. I'll drive to Richland from now on.

I have an issue EVERY time I order from this store. Nugget condiments are ALWAYS missing. I NEVER have a straw in my bag. Today I ordered a Mocha Frappe and got a Caramel frappe. The employees here can’t even put a sandwich together properly. My sandwiches come sideways, cheese off the sandwich, messed up customizations. When I order extra onions they make it with NO onions. Either the employees here can’t read or they are just blatantly lazy and careless. It could be a mix of both.

Ordered delivery. Food was horrible. Cold and tasted horrible. Tried to heat up in oven but made it worse. I threw it away. I believe that food sat there all day. Nasty!
This team is way better than the one in Kernville. They got our orders perfect and they even gave us a complimentary drink for waiting and not having the other product

Imagine hating your job so much that on top of an angsty terrible teenage attitude, you managed to turn 2 cookies into hockey pucks. My chicken sandwich was so undercooked it clucked at me. Whoever reads this, please tell your AM employees to take a shower before work smh. 0 hygiene standards.

Placed an online order at 9:42. At 10:35 was told they stopped serving breakfast. Last experience, the cashier was nodding out at the register while taking an order. This place should really just close at this point. It's not even believable to tell the stories of how bad it is.
