Brrakfast - ordered a steak and egg bagel - warm. Hashbrowns- warm. Orange juice - watered down, terrible ( and I normally love it). Coffee was ok. Slow and mediocre. Why do I keep giving McD's a chance?

There is only a few things that I am not happy with at this location. But they are pretty significant.
#1. It takes SO LONG for the food to get made. 95% of the time I wait more than 20 minutes for my food. And I don’t order a lot for it to take that long.
#2. I’ve come across A LOT of ignorant employees here. I’ve encountered more ignorant than nice ones.
#3. Most of the employees are DISGUSTING &/or LAZY & unprofessional. Once there was...

Everytime we visit this McDonalds we have an issue. Recently, we went and the owner/manager gave us the wrong order and still came and told us that it can't be wrong because she's the one that bagged it. We were missing half the food! Just ridiculous
