I asked them to make our food order fresh and they said they would. However, chicken nuggets were cold and tough, cheese on the burger had just been put on a heat light pattie and not even melted. Fries were old. Not going to this McDonald's again.

We were the only people in the drive through not busy at all so no reason to mess my order up THIS badly. Missing 2 things, asked for no onions and theres onions, gave us all the wrong size drinks, didnt put our sauces in, fries were cold and unsalted, no napkins. What wasnt wrong with my order? Not a good experience at all when family is hungry from a long road trip to stop for a quick bite.

Oops. They forgot to give my orange juice when I went through the D-T this morning at 6:30AM. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer on the telephone at 7:04AM.
