Unfortunately, the one that is the most convenient to stop at is also the worst one to go to. From getting orders wrong, getting charged double for items, taking 10 minutes for a plain cheeseburger when you're the only one in the drive-thru, or even witnessing an argument between the manager and an employee. I would recommend, if you have the extra time, driving to the location on Scalp, Windber, or even Ebensburg if you want quality service from McDonald's with an appropriate atmosphere.

6:30 pm and doors are locked drive-thur only so much for sitting down to eat with the family. McDonald's is a joke anymore most of the time your order is wrong going though the drive-thur or customer service is awful

For the last few times I’ve come, they can’t seem to get my order right. A drink is so hard to mess up? I have to explain it over and over and pay for the extra stuff in my coffee just for them to not put it in.

The man who took our order wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he had tattoos of swords on each arm. Short red hair. Bigger build. Very very nasty. He was hirttomg the screen so hard I thought his hand was going to crack it while we were ordering. Very rude to myself and my husband, didn’t let us get a word in before half-ass asking the following question. Then oddly enough the attitude changed and he helped me carry my family’s food to our table. Will not comment back

Went around 1:30 pm. First thing, the lobby was locked without any warnings on the door without saying the lobby is closed. Went to the driver through instead waited 10 minutes in the drive through. Isn’t that a bit excessive? Worse part is, the food wasn’t even fresh after all of that!! You guys should’ve had something on your doors saying that the lobby was closed during operation hours.

I know some of the people that run this place and they’re really good peps ! My food today super yummy and fries were hot ! Honestly I wish more places were like McDonalds and have a place to pull up people so they can actually get the fresh food they want this McDonald’s does it right :) ty ty ty guys

Went through drive through just now and the guy taking orders was extremely ignorant with his responses. You can’t tell when someone hates their job and this person was miserable. I’m so sorry my sub $20 order was such an inconvenience for you to take, oh wait, that’s your job is to take my order. Then I paid extra for 4 sauces and didn’t get a single sauce in my bag. Will do my best to avoid this McDonald’s in the future.
