I wish I knew who was working drive thru today around 3pm. She was super polite and asked how my day was going and when I asked for another straw as I always do for my little ones chocolate milk she stated she already put an extra one in the bag. She said it's easier for kids. The sweetest employee ever!

Best McDonald's visit I think I have ever had. Food was hot and fresh and even more impressive my order was entirely correct. On top of that, the employees were all excellent.
i asked for no onions because im allergic what did you guys put all through my food. onions. coming from someone who works in food service the drive through lady was being rude and still made my food wrong. learn how to do your job or get better staff.

All hours in every source say they close at 11 Pm today. Placed a mobile order because the app still let me due to it being “open”. After driving to Galleria Mcdonald’s, all of the lights are off and drive thru lights are on. Try to give my code for pick up and nobody is there. Hours clearly stated on all sources it’s 11Pm. After calling the store to ask why the hours aren’t accurate and how to get my money back since it says it’s a 7 day refund and I lost my money she said she is going to call the cops on me and had my phone number? Awful customer service and awful presentation of a stores hours. Whoever worked there on August 11th past 9:30Pm needs reviewed asap due to this ridiculous un hospitality. Lost money and gas due to laziness!

Usually a very wonderful staff nothing ever gets messed up I went through the drive through where clearly the person taking orders didn't listen to anything and they were questioning what went where and My change got dropped when being passed to me I asked for 1 small meal and one large and I got 2 mediums
