I use to love this place until TODAY !!! The new cook tonight (Not Travis) food was horrible 😠and I am so sad because this was my favorite place to eat . I had uncooked fish , the bread which is usually delicious was not heated and doughy and the sandwich left a terrible after taste lingering in my mouth after each bite ..WHY FRANCOS ! Please get the original cooks back 😞 and the wait was very long ,the new cook keep peeking out at my through kitchen while never cooking finish I left for 20 mins and he has to be reminded to cook the fish

We ordered Eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti, salad & bread, also garlic bread sticks on the side. Dining in. Oh, how delicious it was! And the staff was very friendly and attentive. Good prices.

Only got food one time from here. It was a pickup order, got two pizzas. The pizzas were great. However, I'm not sure if this place is still open or not. My brother-in-law stopped by yesterday (4/21/25) sometime after 1 PM and they weren't open. I just took it as being closed for Easter Monday. I then stopped today (4/22/25) at 3:45 PM and they were closed again. The hours on here say they're supposed to be open at these times but they're not. There's also no sign on the door or in the window with their hours and no sign saying if they closed up shop for good or not.

Everytime I ate in the pizza was very good. I ordered two pizzas for take out they were rolled out very thin on the tips of the pizza and about three inches back they were skimpy about a size of a medium when I ordered XL I was very disappointed as i ordered for my husband to try he said it was lousy also. Very disappointed for the first takeout. Sorry but
Staff was amazing. They took a large group of teenagers celebrating a 16th birthday party on short notice. Riley was so helpful and cutious.

Made a delivery order after the dinner rush started and still got my food in a reasonable time. Tasty as always. My youngest kid wanted shrimp, but my husband is allergic to seafood, so we made sure to tell Francos that we needed the shrimp separated from the other food somehow to avoid cross contamination. They put the styrofoam container of shrimp in a paper bag that they stapled shut and drew a face with X'd out eyes on it, then put the paper bag into a tied shut plastic bag. 20/10 for taking the allergy super seriously, would definitely recommend to folks with food allergies :)

You never know if they're going to be open or not. That's my only issues. Please stick the hours on your website. It's happened countless times that they're closed, but supposed to be open. Website says open. You call, no one answers, so you go there and nobody is home. I'm sitting in front of the store. Why?
