Panera Bread has never let me down! their food is absolutely amazing along with their baked goods. their broccoli cheddar soup is to die for, especially with a bread bowl! the bacon mac n cheese is superb. a chocolate chip cookie or a blueberry muffin is the perfect dessert.

Its good normal Panera food, the baked bread selection is some times lacking, and the tables are sometimes a little messy but it's got pretty fast service for a Panera Bread, generally its good overall

We recently did an online order for pickup at lunch since we were in such a rush that day. We didn't eat right away until we got back home, we're so excited to eat Panera since we usually don't treat ourselves to it all of the time due to the price. Well let's just say it was the WORST order we've ever recieved from our local store. The sandwich was thrown together poorly. Barley any lettuce or vegetables on my garden comprease.. it was overall not worth the money spent and we ended up eating a few bites, then wasting it to the garbage because the garlic was so over powering since there were barley any vegetables on it. How disappointing.
Ava is the best employee I’ve ever encountered. I was in town with my family, she was fast and courteous and put a smile on all of our faces! This girls deserves a raise! She’ll be the ceo one day!

Check your receipts!! I ordered 3 kids Mac and Cheese meals, and I didn't want the drinks that were included with each meal. I asked for a receipt because $35 seemed high for three kids meals. The drive thru cashier was very reluctant to give it to me, and was already making excuses saying she had to include drinks on the order.
Figured out I was charged for 4 kids Mac and Cheese meals, 3 chocolate milks, and one medium soda. I received 3 kids Mac and Cheese meals, and no drinks. In total I was overcharged by $12.
I had to go back to the store the next day to get a refund, as they could not issue it over the phone. Not once was an apology given. Seems like this happens all the time. I will not be eating here again.
