Order here allll the time & the same thing every time!! Only trusted place, it was great but pass 3 times now, we order and they drop the food off & we are missing something. Then they turn around & say oh you didn't order it. It's not on the order. We give up & done paying for things that we don't get. They're becoming the same as every place out there. So thanks

I ordered a pizza today at around 10 pm they said I would get it in 45 minutes I charged it on my debit card and it's 11:48 pm and they are closed I got ripped off no pizza and I better not be charged on my debit card or I will sue

Tonight , online, I ordered a large pizza that was supposed to be 30% off and a Papa Bowl. It showed 2 items in my shopping cart. Then a message popped up and said your last item (the Papa Bowl, was removed. I could see one item in the cart. I then reordered the Papa Bowl. When delivery occurred, it was two PAPA Bowls and NO Pizza. Sure enough. I checked my order on line and it had been the pizza removed, not the Papa Bowl. My fault for not checking but what the hell is their site doing, changing orders. I will NEVER order from them again. I don’t eat the Papa Bowls, it was for my husband. So now I have to go order another meal from somewhere, not Papa John’s. Be careful when ordering.

The reason for such a terrible review is because they gave us ice cold pizza from the delivery and they said the next time we come they’ll guarantee freshness how come this ain’t guaranteed fresh this time and very poor management skills very poor people skills and if you are going to third-party your work to DoorDash, make sure they have the proper equipment For the pizza because it came with no bag to keep the pizza warm that would’ve saved the warmth and if they had a bag, I would’ve feel safer eating out of that because it came out of a crusty old third-party car from DoorDash DO BETTER
Ordered the cheeseburger pizza from there and 4 slices were burnt in the middle. They completely skimped on the pickles. I had the same pizza from westmont and each time the pizza was awesome. If I lived closer, I would’ve sent it back. I absolutely will not order from there again.
