my mom ordered a pizza with half ham and pineapple and half with just cheese and breadsticks. we got there and took the pizza and breadsticks to the car and the pizza had half pepperoni and half pineapple and ham and they gave us cheesy bread instead of breadsticks. we went back in and the people working there said that “that was what we ordered”. not to mention the place smelled like weed and the guy working there was obviously high. once we got the right pizza it was cut weird.

Called the local store. Ordered food for delivery. 45 minutes later door dash is contacting me saying they are 5 min away. 15 min later door dash shows up to my house and says I don't have change. I call the local store whom I ordered the food from and told them this door dasher does not have change. He said he needs to call door dash. Door dash then tells the driver if you dont have change just take the food back to the store. I then call the store back and he says only thing he can do is remake me the food and I can come to the store and pick it up. 1. I never even ordered it from door dash. 2. Why was I the one punished cause the door dasher has no change. 3. If I wanted door dash I would have ordered from door dash. 4. If the store would have told me we are sending door dash they probably don't have change. I would have paid with a card. 5. If I wanted to pick it up I would have just did that.
We ended up ordering from Sals. I highly recommend Sals ove this poorly ran Papa Johns.

Shout out to Cody who was very helpful tonight. They did not have a delivery driver so they were using door dash. The door dash driver ended up stealing our food. Cody gave use a discount and remade our food. We went and picked it up not wanting it stolen again. He was kind as well as the others in the restaurant. Appreciate them. To the door dash driver. I hope you choke on the pizza you stole.

This isn't the first time I've noticed, but when I picked up my order at 6 pm yesterday, the whole place smelled of marijuana. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I walked in! Hopefully, management will do something about this soon, if it is not they themselves partaking in it.
