Papa John's is BY FAR the BEST Pizza, and this location makes it right EVERY TIME. I eat there very frequently. They always have deals going on (Large 1 toppin for $9.99, Large specialty for $15.99, etc), and the people that work there are so friendly and dont mind throwing in an extra sauce or pepperoncini for free. Just a great place overall, really.

So sad. Used to be my favorite chain to order from. Now a DoorDash sell out in the evening that can’t employ their own drivers so they can save their own version of “papa dough” to the ceo I’m sure and can’t deliver to your house if your paying cash after atleast 9:30 unless you already add the tip (which why would I ever add a tip without knowing the service I’m getting before hand lmfao), cause it’s all DoorDash oriented. And closing at 11 on a Saturday? I’m going to dominos site right after I type this. Which is sad, their food isn’t near as good, but atleast they can afford their own drivers and willfully accept cash after 9:30. This is a huge disappointment and a red flag to your guys many failures

Ordered a pizza online with an asap service time. Their system never provided updates and the status of the order. Called an hour after I ordered to be told the pizza has been ready. Currently eating cold pizza which would have been fine the next day not when you ordered a hot pizza.

my mom ordered a pizza with half ham and pineapple and half with just cheese and breadsticks. we got there and took the pizza and breadsticks to the car and the pizza had half pepperoni and half pineapple and ham and they gave us cheesy bread instead of breadsticks. we went back in and the people working there said that “that was what we ordered”. not to mention the place smelled like weed and the guy working there was obviously high. once we got the right pizza it was cut weird.

Called the local store. Ordered food for delivery. 45 minutes later door dash is contacting me saying they are 5 min away. 15 min later door dash shows up to my house and says I don't have change. I call the local store whom I ordered the food from and told them this door dasher does not have change. He said he needs to call door dash. Door dash then tells the driver if you dont have change just take the food back to the store. I then call the store back and he says only thing he can do is remake me the food and I can come to the store and pick it up. 1. I never even ordered it from door dash. 2. Why was I the one punished cause the door dasher has no change. 3. If I wanted door dash I would have ordered from door dash. 4. If the store would have told me we are sending door dash they probably don't have change. I would have paid with a card. 5. If I wanted to pick it up I would have just did that.
We ended up ordering from Sals. I highly recommend Sals ove this poorly ran Papa Johns.

Bob at the front register (and was answering phones, cooking , etc). While he was doing all mentioned, he listened to my concerns and requests while .making eye contact with me as I spoke to him about my special needs clients in the vehicle outside the front window, their preferences and the way they like their pizza. Not only did he exceed all of my expectations and criteria for feedback, he waved to my clients through the window and brought our pizza to the vehicle when done even though it was a pick up order. We need more of these spectacular human beings working the front lines of general hostility from the general public and pay them what they're worth. Thank you, Bob.
