For the past few months, my friends and I have been coming on some Mondays for a night out and trivia. The waitstaff has always been kind and attentive, and the food has been delicious and an excellent value.

Unfortunately, the trivia experience has been mixed, culminating in an explicitly racist experience tonight, which we left early. On top of a loudmouthed nearby customer speaking in favor concentration camps (his words), the trivia host asked two questions...

THIS PLACE IS A BLAST FROM THE PAST (....if you were a kid in the 80s-90s)!!
This place brings back memories of elementary school birthday parties and Friday night dinners with my grandparents. There's a fun house mirror near the restrooms and a game room in the back. I don't know that this place has ever been updated, and I kinda hope it never does!!!

We were visiting my family in the area and they took us to Pappy's. Fantastic food. My Sunday Chicken parm special was the biggest plate and biggest serving of Chicken parm I had ever seen. And it was delicious. My husband loved his pizza. And thank you the staff member who went above and beyond to return my wallet and in the same condition I left it in. You are an angel. Our next visit in to Johnstown, we will be back. Love from just south of Pittsburgh!
