Order was done on time, and staff was friendly, but the food was not very good at all. I've eaten Pizza Hut pizza a lot of times from the Ebensburg Pizza Hut, and this tasted nothing like theirs...it was pretty bland and most of it got thrown away. The crust tasted old, and the cheese was barely melted. I'll stick to the Ebensburg store and avoid this one from now on.

I've never had any issues with this place, all their food is great. I'm a huge fan of the melts, they are so yummy! their pizza has always been really good too. the garlic parm boneless wings are tasty. the garlic knot crust pizza with the ranch lovers flight was the best thing I've ever had from there by far. staff is very chill and friendly.

I order online normally. Today I walked into the store on Scalp Ave in Richland. FILTHY! Totally filthy door handles windows...gross. Then went in to get a pop..filthy handle and door on that too. I walked out guessing what the bathrooms and kitchen must look like ILL NEVER NOR MY FRIENDS will order from there! Gross! š¤¢

Richland Pizza hut is perfect, but Westmont is terrible, in my opinion. In Westmont you have to navigate thousands of deep pot holes that will knock your vehicle out of alignment.

Ordered by phone on local number for Scalp Ave. store. Ordered medium veggie, thin crust pizza. Pulled in parking lot and sign in window says $12.99 any large pizza. Told cashier, Christina, inside it would have been nice if she would have told me that-large pizza was $5 less. And it would be a nice gesture if she just charged me $12.99. She said-No, canāt do that. After a slightly heated discussion, I told her Iād pay the $16.29 + tax. She said it would take 15 minutes! My āoriginalā pizza had been ready to go. 15 minutes later she says it will be $18.33 ($1 extra for thick crust!!!). My order was for thin crust! (My wife hates thick crust-so now I had that to deal with). Christina is not a nice person. Trust me, I will Never be back!

As I sit here at 10 till 10 when they close at 10 and they refuse to take my order. I also called the phone number 5 times and was put on hold and they wouldnāt take my order via phone for a half hour before this! Horrible horrible customer service! Iāll take my money elsewhere!
Walked in ordered a pizza with pepperoni and cheese, and an ordered of cheese sticks. Was told it would take 15 minutes. Sat inside and waited. Was watching the order board and saw my order was ready. And still sat inside and waited. 10 minutes had passed, ams then finally I was handed my food, but it was almost as if the employee was annoyed they had to give me my food. Waited all that time, drove home which took about 20 minutes, only to find it was just a cheese pizza.

Delivery driver parks like a jackass, blocking the already crowded parking lot, cant even park anywhere to get my pizza which isnt ready when the app said it would be anyway. If I had any options besides Pizza Hut points, I would go somewhere else

They have one seat available, if you want to relax. lol!! They may as well have a drive thru only. Iāve definitely had better pizza, but the pan isnāt the worst, if you enjoy a thicker crust.
