Richland Pizza hut is perfect, but Westmont is terrible, in my opinion. Westmont you have to navigate thousands of deep pot holes that will knock your vehicle out of align.

Ordered by phone on local number for Scalp Ave. store. Ordered medium veggie, thin crust pizza. Pulled in parking lot and sign in window says $12.99 any large pizza. Told cashier, Christina, inside it would have been nice if she would have told me that-large pizza was $5 less. And it would be a nice gesture if she just charged me $12.99. She said-No, can’t do that. After a slightly heated discussion, I told her I’d pay the $16.29 + tax. She said it would take 15 minutes! My “original” pizza had been ready to go. 15 minutes later she says it will be $18.33 ($1 extra for thick crust!!!). My order was for thin crust! (My wife hates thick crust-so now I had that to deal with). Christina is not a nice person. Trust me, I will Never be back!

As I sit here at 10 till 10 when they close at 10 and they refuse to take my order. I also called the phone number 5 times and was put on hold and they wouldn’t take my order via phone for a half hour before this! Horrible horrible customer service! I’ll take my money elsewhere!

Walked in ordered a pizza with pepperoni and cheese, and an ordered of cheese sticks. Was told it would take 15 minutes. Sat inside and waited. Was watching the order board and saw my order was ready. And still sat inside and waited. 10 minutes had passed, ams then finally I was handed my food, but it was almost as if the employee was annoyed they had to give me my food. Waited all that time, drove home which took about 20 minutes, only to find it was just a cheese pizza.

Stoped for a quick meal since the closed a couple years ago. Miss the iconic red booths , buffet, Food changed taste wise but still good

Delivery driver parks like a jackass, blocking the already crowded parking lot, cant even park anywhere to get my pizza which isnt ready when the app said it would be anyway. If I had any options besides Pizza Hut points, I would go somewhere else

They have one seat available, if you want to relax. lol!! They may as well have a drive thru only. I’ve definitely had better pizza, but the pan isn’t the worst, if you enjoy a thicker crust.

Awful what a joke it was twenty minutes late and the breadsticks are not even cut!!! Hard as a hockey puck!!! Then call there and they act stupid. What a waste of money!!!
I arrive early and wait for my order to be ready. It's ready on time, placed in the warmer, and the screen shows "ready" next to my name on the screen.... I then wait 10 min trying to get the attention of anyone in back while my pizza waits in the warmer before finally deciding to leave. Do not make the mistake of trying to buy pizza here; they apparently don't want to sell any....

TERRIBLE!!!!! I have NEVER got what I ordered from them. They always mess up the order and the last time they took about 2 hours! I kept giving them more chances and I'm done with it. UPDATE NOV. 3, 2024-ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! I have never got a good order from this place in YEARS! I wish we could order from westmont.

Placed a curbside order, contactless. Had a wonderful call where they asked just to confirm my order was right since they were having issues. I let them know I was here and everything and waited but no one came out. I went in and the person immediately left to the back so I had to wait even longer for my food. Other staff though were kind.
