Well as soon as I walked everyone at the bar turned around and looked at like I wasn't aloud in the building so after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take my order but seemed like they didn't want to and the food was actually good I'll go back again but if I that treatment again I won't be back I'm a paying customer theirs no reason for it

I got original dish pizza dough, it was incredibly soggy, very doughy in middle of pie. Was disappointed. Should been cooked longer, didnt even seem they cooked it. Going ebensburg from now on. And that was my first time with this pizza hut, bad experience

We requested curbside, left extra tip because they were going to be doing us a favor, was told they would bring both orders out as soon as they were ready. We watched them put the second order in the warmer, never saw the first order. Waited 5mins in case they were busy, had to go back inside to get the food bc they weren't bringing it out. I will not leave a tip on the order anymore. This is the second bad experience at this location. The pizza was also overcooked unfortunately, and I didn't get a sauce with my cheesesticks.

Ordered delivery, food showed up late, my big box pizza was smashed, all the sauce and cheese was stuck to the lid, my chicken wings were all smashed, when the driver took them out of the bag some fell out and I watched him grab them with his bare hands and put them back in the container. They put my sodas in the bag with hot food which made my soda warm. Spent $90 on this and was very disappointed.

When I called the young man was terribly rude I couldny to believe that I was actually calling someplace that I was the one spending the money. If .y family hadn't have wanted pizza hut pan pizza so badly I would have hung up on him and not gotten my order. Then when I arrived to pick up my order at the required place it was in a nightmare I could t find a place to park there was a line and once again the guy was RUDE SHEParking: Horrible apparently to hey share with someone else who kis extremely busy at this time of the year no parking not one space when I arrived
Pizza Hut is always great, and if you do have any problem they always take care of you right away. And it don't happen very often. Great food!

I visit the Johnstown area two or three times a year and on at least one of the trips I order Pizza Hut takeout for a family visit. The previous two vists to this location the pizza was pretty good: a generous ladle of sauce, flavorful cheese, and fresh toppings. On this last trip, however, I got two of the worst pizzas I've ever had. There was hardly any sauce on either one, and what it was tasted like Campbells tomato soup:over salty and very processed. The cheese was some orange concoction that might at one time had a dairy origin. The meats (pepperoni and ham) had little taste at all and the veggies (mushrooms and peppers) had been freeze dried.It's very obvious the the Hut has cheapened down on their ingredients. With all the Pizza options there are, chains like this have one shot to lose a customer, not just at this location, but every location they have. Pizza Hut hit the bulls eye with me.
I am glad I can have a personal sized pizza Pizza Hut has always been a favorite. I am alone and not able to eat a bigger size

Pricing is great, delivery time super fast, and the food taste right. Preparation of food is sloppy and rushed without care. Toppings only stacked around the outside.
