I'm new to the area. I was hungry for a good old fashioned Italian Pizza. This was horrible. The crust was over baked and hard and for a medium it was very small. Hardly enough for 2 people. I've gone to OIPs down where I'm from where the pizza had a good hearty zesty sauce and lost of cheese without asking for extra. There was barely a handful of cheese on this pizza. It got thrown in the trash. For $17.99 do better! I could've gotten a large plus something extra for that price at a Chain like Dominos. 🤷🏼

Ordered a small cheese pizza. The sauce tasted rancid and the bottom crust wasn't thoroughly cooked (it was gummy). I did something that I have never done before with a pizza, I tossed it into the garbage because that's where it belonged.
This isn't a one-time experience. I ordered a side of their meatballs a couple of weeks ago. There was barely enough sauce to cover HALF of the order, and the meatballs weren't hot.
I don't know what's happened at Primo's that is affecting the quality of their food. Unfortunately, they just lost a regular customer.

Love Primo's! We frequently order delivery to our office and it is always wonderful. The gentleman that answers the phone and takes my order is always very pleasant and the young man that delivers is super nice. We usually always have a pretty big order and the food and the extras are always correct. Everything I've eaten has been very good. Thank you Primo's!

Yuck! If I wanted ultra processed sauce, I would order Little Ceaser’s. At least it’s cheaper. Plus, they forgot part of my order. For what I spent, I expect it to be right!

Chicken and beef tacos were gross! I don't even know what kind of chicken was in the taco, wasn't as good as canned chicken or is guess maybe that was it. The texture of the lil square pieces were flavorless.
The beef taco shell was different than the chicken and it definitely wasn't what I got when I ordered that before. Wasn't filled much either. Steak wedgie wasn't bad, but also not as good as previous orders. Not sure if someone new took over or what. But I will not be ordering here again.

Somewhat disappointed with Primo's today. Ordered one simple thing, just a small chicken taco with a side of sour cream. Needless to say I didn't get a chicken taco, I received a beef taco. They did manage to remember the sour cream. However, how do you get a 1 item order wrong!?! 🤔 Would liked to have gotten what I actually wanted, instead of what they thought I wanted (because they were wrong!) 😔 just disappointed.

Food was disgusting, cheese on pizza tasted like cheese flavored rubber and the bacon was super fatty, definitely not worth $17.74. Id rather go buy a red barron pizza than ever waste my money here
