I came here on Valentine’s Day I waited for 30 mins for a seat. Once we got seated we ordered and sat for 2 and a half hours and we still have no food.! Payed for our drinks and left. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from here. Btw we were here from 2:30-5:00

The waiter we had was very cool and was constantly checking on us, gave him an awesome tip for his service thanks again.

Shrimp was dry and burnt. Rice was dry! Bar area had crumbs all over the counter and the floor was not swept. Mind you, I went there on my lunch break at 11:45am so the place should have been clean.

Went here today 9/30/24 had a waitress who was very rude and didn't even treat me like a human being after waiting 22 minutes to be acknowledged she came Ober didn't tell me who she was said " what do you want" wow really? Nope I got up and walked out and spoke to the manager who basically swept it under the rug so I guess that's why they're going outta business! Ridiculous!!!

I came in with my dad we got sat down waitress didn’t interduce her self at all took 15 mins for her to come to our table was very rude called and talked to the manager she don’t want to do nothing about how her waitress treated us I’m never going back there ever again treated us like less then people

Good food had the 2 shrimp meal with a bowl of clam chowder. Very ? good.

I was there last night 8.10.24
The night went very well the staff seems kind up until it was time to pay. My waiter came to our table multiple times while we were packing up our leftovers to get my payment, each time I asked him to give me some time to pack up my food, very unprofessional. My card was also ran before I could apply a tip of any kind, but because I had already put the tip on my payment slip, they ran my card for the tip again the next day for the tip. The whole experience was very nerve wrecking and uncomfortable. Had my waiter been patient and allowed me to pay when I was ready this review would be different.

I also got very sick that same night from eating the crab legs (the only thing I ate besides the biscuits last night) and am not sure if it was food poisoning or some unknown food allergy.

Good food and really quick service. We ordered the family meal of lobster, 2 kinds of shrimp, and 2 sides. Would definitely be going back.
