Unfortunately, this was the worst food we've ever experienced at a Red Lobster. So disappointed. The mushrooms had a bad taste and were completely dried out. The French fries were cold and extremely salty. Such a disappointment. A huge let down for us.

Took my mother out for her birthday. Hardly any staff at this location. Took an hour to be seated and served. Waited forever for food. The shrimp was dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp.

From when we sat down the waitress wasn't very pleasant with us. The brussel sprouts were undercooked but the sauce was good. The maple chicken was grissely. The cocktail was pretty good. My husband got endless shrimp and they took forever in between his orders. I'm sure this is so you get full faster but other people were also complaining about how long everything took. Sorry. This place is just too expensive to have this many problems.

Absolutely horrible. We're there for all you can eat shrimp. In the 2 hours we were there we got one order of five shrimp each. The manager only gave us 20 percent off. We paid 50 dollars to leave there hungry.

Our server was very attentive. However, food was just, ok. Red lobster is not like it used to be, especially at this location. It took an hour to get our food and it wasn't even that busy when we got there. Drinks were good. Reservations that were made days in advance for a specific reason, couldn't be found when we arrived. Thankfully they had a place for us. Most likely won't be back to this location any time soon.

Devah was an excellent waitress, she was given very unfortunate situations for the night. No problem with service, she was great and super sweet!The food…not great at all. It took over an hour to get it, we had the pick three combo and the feast. Both had Alfredo and the shrimp was cold(pasta was hot) still had the tails on them, I wasn’t thrilled to be picking through sauce to get them off. The feast was cold on top of that. With over an hour you’d expect the food to be at least warm.There was a bulb semi out beside us and was flashing the whole time. People around us were generally unhappy to be there, rightfully so.
