I have only ordered delivery from here 2 times. Both times, my order was messed up. The first time, there were not onion rings on the burger, I did not get the fries or coleslaw with the platter, instead of 2 large fries, I got 2 small orders, and I ordered a sausage sandwich and was sent just the sausage.
The second time, I got a phone call that said they were out of brisket for the ramburger. I said it was fine to just replace the brisket with bacon as long as they made the burgers doubles as ordered and they did not forget the fries and coleslaw. When it was delivered, the driver told me that my double burgers were made singles because they were running low on food. The fries for the platter were missing and the coleslaw was warm. The extra fries ordered were the correct size, but they were cold and bland. The flavor of the burgers was nothing near what I had before.
I ordered the second time thinking that it was an opportunity for the restaurant to redeem themselves, but the experience was horribly worse.

I've ordered from Reds many times over the past couple of years and have never had a bad experience! Food is amazing and staff is friendly! Definitely recommend giving Reds a try! You won't regret it!!

The food is delicious but every time we order from them something is missing. Literally, every time. Just today, our order was missing three sides and we ordered half chickens but the lady called and said that they only have quarter chickens. I said that was fine just give us two portions of quarter chickens to make up for the difference and they did not...even though I paid for them. We haven't ordered from Reds for a long time because of this and probably not going to for a while or ever again because they just cannot get the orders correct. It really is a shame because it is good food.

went there on Father's Day you got about five employees that have no idea what they're doing worst service I ever had if I could give it a minus one star I would would never go back there

The pulled pork and brisket was delicious. The ribs, Mac and baked beans not so much. Pulled pork and brisket portions were decent. The ribs were small with a very strong vinegar after taste. The sides were much smaller then I had expected.

Food was amazing! Fast delivery service as well! Ribs fell right off the bone, flavor of everything was the best.Only complaint is how small the sides portion were- the Mac and cheese was so good, I definitely needed a bigger container of that!

Amazing food for a good price. There's a bar in the middle so you can enjoy drinks or you can enjoy your food and drinks at a regular sitting table. So much food. My fiance and I ate there and we both took food home. He got the brisket and I got the pulled pork sandwich and we got a small fry which was huge and I got a small Cole slaw to put on my sandwich which was also huge. And he got an order of cheesestick. When the food came we were so full he only ate half the brisket I ate half my sandwich we finished the cheese sticks and we couldn't even touch the fries because we were full so we took the rest home.

I’ve been dying to go since I heard about this place. It did not disappoint. I had the two meat combo so I got brisket and ribs. Both melt in your mouth. And the BBQ sauce…amazing!!!! Side options were different from some BBQ places but were still great. I had the fried cabbage and beans, sausage and rice. Funny thing is beans and rice are never my favorite BUT this place converted me. Sssooo good! Service was quick and friendly as well.

This little gem of a restaurant delighted us greatly! While the food was absolutely delicious and affordable, we were particularly and pleasantly surprised by how friendly and warm the owner and staff were! They made us feel like we were regulars/locals and repeatedly checked in with us, during our visit, to be sure we were satisfied and having a good time. I'd forgotten what truly great customer service in this restaurant industry looks like! Suffice to say we will definitely be returning for more good eats and great company!

I was quite enthralled at the opportunity to have some tasty barbecue.Friendly staff,extremely casual dining,in a mostly sports bar environment.I ordered "Just the Meats",a little bit of each meat.The Brisket and ribs were the best flavored and juicy meats,chicken was flavorful,but very small leg quarter,the pulled pork was rather dry(without bbq sauce).The "fresh" fries were good,but having gotten take-out,were soggy 15mins later at home(as fries can be).Overall a 7 out of 10,I will most definitely be back,I do love me some brisket.
