Our ice cream was great, but docking off a star because this situation made things a little unpleasant.. An older female employee in the back was being very rude/degrading towards her coworker. Myself, my kids, and another customer outside of the window could clearly hear the woman yelling things at the girl like “My God, what’s wrong with you?? Don’t you listen?!”. I felt bad for her being talked to like that and told my kids that’s how not to treat people.

I've enjoyed everything that I've gotten at Roxberry Creamery, but they really need to improve on their service. We were there last night and were the only people at the window. 4 groups of people came after us and all received their ice cream before we did. We patiently waited for at least 10 minutes and then the kid that took our order asked what we were waiting for. We had to tell him our order again. We were then given a hand dipped cone that was flipped upside down into a cup because it was so runny :( My parfait was very good though. During our last visit the same kid overcharged us for what we ordered. Hopefully these issues can be improved because this is a very nice place with a variety of yummy treats!

I was their with my Daughter an Grandson ,,,not a good experience at all !They werent busy order took forever,,all 3 garbage cans we’re overflowing an smelled terrible ,,we couldn’t enjoy are icecream at all …so unfortunately we left our garbage on the table ,, an definitely will not return ,,..

Always friendly and fast service. No matter how full it is we never wait long for our order. So many delicious choices. Best part is it’s affordable for my family of 7. We tried the hot food for the first time today and it didn’t disappoint.
