Piece of garbage dive bar. Stay far far away. Bartender had no problem taking my orders when I was buying. But, when I wanted to tab out, took at least 20 mins to get my check. Then wanted to throw me out. WTH? Crap bar, stay away.

Great beer selection, pool table, smoking bar. Lives bands are great, but the room is small, so its a little too loud. Overall a great place to go if you're ok with indoor smoking.

Overall, this is a nice place to grab a drink. Food is decent. Nothing outstanding, but good and satisfying. There's ample space to move around and plenty of seats at the bar. The bartender was very nice and attentive. This is just one of those places that definitely sees locals each and every night. Are there nicer places in town? Sure. This place can hold it's own though! The weirdest part about this finding the entrance. My friend and I actually questioned where the actual entrance was as nothing was well marked. We figured it out though. All in all, it's a local hot spot - nothing more, nothing less. Decent place to grab a drink and a bite to eat.

Because of Desparado's. A group of us followed them in late 70's into the 80's.Good to know after this many years, they still have it together. Plaza Lounge was our place to go. Oh, the good ole days. Plus, my good friend,Marilynn, worked at Southmont Gardens for years. Great, friendly place
