this crew is seriously the best. they’re so kind and incredibly fast! friendly smiles before 7am, somehow always having everything ready to go 2 minutes or less after i place my order. not to mention they’re always consistent making great drinks/food every time❤️

I don’t come here often enough, but it seems to me the staff is consistent & hard working. Very impressed with the work considering the high traffic. I’m sure they’re always busy

I’m a usual here, I love coming in and seeing everyone. Yesterday I came in and had the pleasure of having Summer take care of me. She was the kindest soul, great service. She made my day just by listening to me! Thank you so much thank you for celebrating with with a big milestone in our life’s! Thank you Summer!

Idk if they think I’m fugly or something, but they will not write on my cup. Every time I go there I see other people’s cups have something cute written on them, but mine? Nothing. Never. It makes me sad like why don’t you guys like me. What do I have to do to get my cup written on

I would give it more stars but why can’t they seem to clean this place. It’s always pretty dirty and gross when I have been in there. Not a lot of seating especially when they just remodeled it. It’s an ok location.

4/10 the floor was dirty, the people were on their phones, I didn't get my drink until 20 minutes after I ordered it, I asked pumpkin spice latte and they said we don't sell those here but obviously they do when it's on their menu and then they said ok I'll be right back brought the pumpkin spice latte and it sucked there was no pumpkin taste and it tasted like the milk in it went bad.

0 parking sucked only 2 free spots and a truck pulled in and took both of them, I had too wait 15 minutes for a spot

I love the Johnstown Starbucks. I order via mobile app, which is super user friendly. My iced coffee is always fresh, and perfect. Staff is wonderful.

I finally was able to go to the johnstown/richland starbucks today. They were finally open. While standing in the line the cashier gave free cake-pops to every child in front of me. I know this because she got down to their level after completing their orders and asked which ones do they like and gave them the ones they told her. It came my turn and my children weren’t offered the cake-pops. She didn't even ask my name for the order. After I completed my order, I asked about them and she replied..”oh uhm i was just giving them out to them.” Then gave them to people after me. My kids left upset. I will NOT be returning. I feel as if you are going to hand out items for free do not only do a few then skip an order and do some afterwards.
