I would give it more stars but why can’t they seem to clean this place. It’s always pretty dirty and gross when I have been in there. Not a lot of seating especially when they just remodeled it. It’s an ok location.

4/10 the floor was dirty, the people were on their phones, I didn't get my drink until 20 minutes after I ordered it, I asked pumpkin spice latte and they said we don't sell those here but obviously they do when it's on their menu and then they said ok I'll be right back brought the pumpkin spice latte and it sucked there was no pumpkin taste and it tasted like the milk in it went bad.
0 parking sucked only 2 free spots and a truck pulled in and took both of them, I had too wait 15 minutes for a spot

I finally was able to go to the johnstown/richland starbucks today. They were finally open. While standing in the line the cashier gave free cake-pops to every child in front of me. I know this because she got down to their level after completing their orders and asked which ones do they like and gave them the ones they told her. It came my turn and my children weren’t offered the cake-pops. She didn't even ask my name for the order. After I completed my order, I asked about them and she replied..”oh uhm i was just giving them out to them.” Then gave them to people after me. My kids left upset. I will NOT be returning. I feel as if you are going to hand out items for free do not only do a few then skip an order and do some afterwards.

We were in Johnstown over Mother's Day weekend visiting family. While staying at a nearby hotel, in the past we always got our morning coffee from this Starbucks. When we walked in Saturday morning 11 May 2024, we were impressed with the remodel. The very nice lady behind the counter shared with us the store has been open for a week. What I didn't immediately notice was the new way of brewing the coffee. It's the same idea of brewing one cup at a time being all automated. In my opinion, this is a brilliant idea on paper but not in practice. I like the taste of the old-fashion drip coffee. After having the Grande one-cup coffee, I started internally shaking from having too much caffeine. (I know the sensation of having too much caffeine.) On the drip coffee, I never feel nor felt this before. Ever! I'm including a picture of the cup bottom with the residual grounds which isn't in the old-fashion drip. My motto is: Newer is not always better especially in the way of brewing coffee!! Please Starbucks: Don't take away your drip coffee!

Okay, well, please understand that I’m addicted to brown water. For me Starbucks is best suited to my taste. For the most part-except downtown Omaha, the staff is smiling and friendly. The buildings around Omaha are fairly new, and compared to another coffee shop are very clean. So I gave them a rating I think appropriate.
Aren't all Starbucks good? The coffee came out really fast and so did the food. Highly recommend if you're traveling and looking to pick up some coffee. They even have a drive-thru!
