I ordered Sezchaun chicken combo with fried rice. No egg roll,extra chicken. I was very disappointed when I looked and ate my lunch at home. I been ordering this same order for extremely long time before new owners, the Sezchaun sauce , was totally different and plain ,the sauce is usually a dark texture and i can taste the ginger and othee spices,,, today it was extremely blend and orange color , light texture sauce with no flavor , off and on I was having issues with the same exact order ,1 time the sauce was too thin and watery , Another time it was perfect. Iam to this point nough is enough, I will never order from sezchaun ever again, extremely disappointed with my food order,, customer service is wonderful ,counter girl has a wonderful and good customer service.

The food is great! My husband and I usely get the same things. The general tso tofu with white rice or vegetable lo mein & spring rolls (me) and scallion pancakes and yellow fried rice! Now every time we pick the food up (and when we get it delivered) you get the option for more sauces and such if wanted. Staff is polite and fast to greet, sit & serve. They make sure you have all you need. They have a small dine in area, about 5 tables. It's a great atmosphere!Vegetarian options: I'm vegan & my husband is vegetarian & we find many things to eat. Also they'll work with you to make sure you can eat whatever you get.

I've been coming here forever! I LOVE this place! No matter HOW busy they are, they are ALWAYS VERY NICE! And they have been short handed lately, but still you don't have to wait very long if you have a take-out order. I haven't had the chance to eat in the restaurant lately, but never had a bad experience!! My daughter that lives out of town always stops there when she's here. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants AMAZING food!! ?

having to specifically request pork fried rice at a Chinese spot is getting out of hand, just to only get one and the rest regular fried rice. not worth the energy and money sometimes.

I ordered take out form this place and not only was my chicken and broccoli dry, it also had a small rock like object in it that broke my tooth.I literally have to go to a dentist now because the back of one of my teeth splintered. Pictured is the rock object that was in my food.

So, I ordered lunch combination for my family n I. I placed my order with Jenna who supposed to call her self an experienced manager that messed up my order.I order and specified that we are allergic to pork. She doesn’t even offer a substitute of egg rolls (which she gave me pork rolls)I asked for chicken and broccoli gives me beef w/broccoli.I called to complain she has the audacity to raise her voice while I’m talking. Doesn’t offer an apology.If I’m paying for what I’m asking for I expect to get what I’m paying for unless Jenna wants to pay my hospital bills. Unprofessional she yells even when I spoke to owner. People like that doesn’t have experience and doesn’t comprehend don’t need to deal with customers. My rating is a ZERO!!!
Food flavor was average Chinese. The portions were above average. I had the lunch time special of the Generals chicken with hot tea and water for $10 dining in. The sever was very nice and attentive. The inside could use a makeover.

I ordered dinner for my family w/combination meals. Let me start off by saying girl that answers the phone rude as hell no type of customer service experience. Messed up my order completely.Ordered sweet n sour chicken instead of having the sauce on side for dipping it was all mixed with rice. Never askedChicken fried rice was so dry along with the chicken. Must’ve been sitting out or something for it to be that way. Spring roll weird taste. Wings too dry. Very disappointed for what expectations were. I do not recommend this restaurant by no means and will never order from them. Half of a star is what I will give.

half of the time the chicken is undercooked or over cooked. theres no in between. noodles are great though. scared to get chicken because it is pink sometimes
