I swear they always be messing up my order but if they mess your order up they'll replace your order for you so that's nice! Foods actually really good I love their quesadillas!!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Today during lunch you had a manger from Somerset is he was polite and I got my food quick I should have known she was not from that store. At night I had to wait 15 min and still the order not ready to pick and no one akbologe me until the customer before me complaine he was waiting half an hr for his order and all the orders going thru drive thru and he is still waiting. The other night as tonight at 9pm they closed one side while store still open I was the only inside customer waited half an he for my order counted at least 8 drive thru order go out and when I asked the employe said they want us to do drive thru first. Get your act together. I go to the galleria store my food is always ready so your problem is a management problem
