In Johnstown, PA, I have NEVER gotten an order I regretted. Food and quickness are great. I could eat Taco Bell 3-4 times a week and be absolutely fine but one day of McDonalds and I feel like crap the next day. Thank you!

Came at a quiet time during the day for lunch with a bunch of friends, restaurant was empty, clean, and a lady manning the till attentively. Service was prompt, the food was good, exactly what we ordered. They even acted fast when a friend choked and needed an urgent cup to fill with water to clear his throat. Top tier taco bell for sure.

Refused to fry the chalupas, or refund the floppy ones they gave, claiming that's how they are made now. Chalupas are supposed to be fried, not soft like tacos.

There was literally no meat. There was some at just the end of each side of the taco for all three of them that I ordered with my #1 combo

My daughter and I placed a 60+ dollar order on Saturday night. This was the WORST food all the way around. They forgot my fries first of all, my daughter's were cold and old. Her tacos were cold My quesadilla was cold and made with chicken that tasted old Fiesta potatoes were old and cold my entire order was inedible. I reached out to their customer service only to get a reply of ONE FREE ITEM in hopes this would "smooth things over" perhaps not! One FREE ITEM after they completely messed up anf served me and old 60.00 plus order. The Galleria taco bell needs to either follow suit with the Galleria Mall or get PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK AND ACTUALLY DO THIER JOB. The food is over priced and substandard at best, but this was unacceptable. Not a happy camper. Next stop, corporate!

Some of our food was incorrect. My beefy 5 layer was okay. My crunch wrap supreme was barely filled and really disappointing. My partner said her food was pretty good though.
