There was literally no meat. There was some at just the end of each side of the taco for all three of them that I ordered with my #1 combo

My daughter and I placed a 60+ dollar order on Saturday night. This was the WORST food all the way around. They forgot my fries first of all, my daughter's were cold and old. Her tacos were cold My quesadilla was cold and made with chicken that tasted old Fiesta potatoes were old and cold my entire order was inedible. I reached out to their customer service only to get a reply of ONE FREE ITEM in hopes this would "smooth things over" perhaps not! One FREE ITEM after they completely messed up anf served me and old 60.00 plus order. The Galleria taco bell needs to either follow suit with the Galleria Mall or get PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK AND ACTUALLY DO THIER JOB. The food is over priced and substandard at best, but this was unacceptable. Not a happy camper. Next stop, corporate!

This place is a joke. Must be 7 employees working and I've waited 20 minutes and still no food. 2 others that were here before me still don't have food. I'd walk out, but I just spent 35 dollars and got no receipt.

The front person was really nice and pleasant.
Some of our food was incorrect. My beefy 5 layer was okay. My crunch wrap supreme was barely filled and really disappointing. My partner said her food was pretty good though.

I just don't like taco bell very much. Like everything else it costs a fortune and it just isn't very good... in my opinion that is. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly the food just doesn't appeal to me

My wife asked for her Chalupa shell to be cooked a few extra seconds and the Manager said "No special orders" and then the manager and another worker belittled my wife for asking. The world has really changed and nobody cares about customers anymore.
On a positive note, it was clean inside.

They packed my order weird. I ordered for 3 people & they put the parts of 1 order in both of the other orders. I was unpleased. Taco bell food is fantastic & this was no different.
