I have horible experience with your Brea store. I orderd Vanila Brew Coffee with Coconat Milk but got drink that's not even close to advertised picture in the shop. I "specifically" asked if they can make a drink to look like one in the picture and the person who was taking my order said "yes". When I got my drink I show it to her and commented that this drink doesn't even looks close to what she stated that can be made, she carelessly said "that's it". When I asked her why did she say that drink can be made to look like in the picture she replied to me "I didn't make it". I commented that this is not appropriate to mislead the customer than again she replied to me with gesturing with her hand "👌". I'm not sure if @CoffeBeanTeaLeaf cares about my business but I want to let you know that you lost it for sure.
