Based on the reviews, The Fifth Local Alehouse and Eatery offers a wide variety of beverages including lots of beers, wines, liquors, and a seasonal cocktail menu. The Bloody Mary, which can be made with pickle vodka, is the best in the area. The food menu includes the local poutine, good burgers, wings, sandwiches, and a chicken bacon ranch flatbread. The wings are crispy and juicy, and the burger is nicely seasoned. The waffle fries and sweet potato fries are perfect. Cocktails like the Maple Old Fashioned, the Fifth Amendment, and a cookie butter espresso martini are outstanding. The service is friendly and attentive, with bartenders who go above and beyond. However, the location and parking are horrible, and the menu can be considered basic and boring. The restaurant can be very loud at times, but it is a bar. Live music nights are really fun.
