The Fifth Local Eatery & Alehouse

It was my first time at this restaurant due to a recommendation but it definitely will not be my last if ever I am in the area. The atmosphere was chill and comfortable. The booths were spacious. Our server was extremely helpful and provided good customer service. The food was delicious with great portions. I ordered the Autumn Pear Salad with poppyseed dressing and a fish sandwich. Yummmm! If all of these things I experienced was not amazing enough, in recognition of October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month, they created a drink (alcohol or mocktails) called the Lavender Haze. Anyone who orders one, the proceeds go to the Behavioral Health Services of Somerset and Bedford Counties. As a survivor, this warmed my heart that this restaurant got the big picture! I would highly recommend!

Food was good. Waitress friendly. Service good. Would recommend. But the boothseats need padded. Very uncomfortable

From greeting to eating it has been a good experience. Our waitress Zoe was great. Would recommend a visit.

We stopped in three times yesterday. The first was for cocktails and appetizers before a wedding. We tried the pretzel sticks and double roasted (ask for extra crispy) with a Cajun dry rub and WOW they were amazing!

The second visit we tried their espresso martini and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

The third stop was at the end of the night to get more of those delicious wings. Unfortunately it’s wedding season and the bar was slammed so we weren’t able to order. We will be thinking about these wings and until our next visit!

My husband and I wanted to try something new and this restaurant was great. Good and polite service that attended often even while being busy. The food came fast, and was amazing. The homemade ranch was delicious. The smoke house burger was a 10/10 as well as the salad.

Local place with great drinks and even better food! I have been here several times and I am MORE impressed each time I go.

The SERVICE is great! The server was friendly and available each time I have been here.

Oh, let's not forget about the FOOD! The quality, in comparison to other places in the area is top notch. I have no complaint about quality or quantity. At this quality/quantity level, the price is very reasonable. They beat the local chain restaurants hands down.

Eat here often and always good food and service. Today was completely opposite. We were there for nearly an hour before we got food. Some of our party finished and paid bill and left others were still eating and got a second drink. Waited 30 mins after finishing drink for someone to come back. Was wanting to order another drink. Staff was hanging out behind bar only a handful of customers in there. Eventually walked out. Very irritating since our bill was nearly $100 plus a 25% tip for a late lunch.

I ate here on business trip. I ordered the Smoke House Burger with Mac & Cheese. It was delicious! I don’t drink but they seemed reasonably busy so I take it the place is fairly popular. If you don’t mind alcohol being served give it a try.

Went here with my significant other for the first time the other day, and we were not disappointed! the food was fantastic, staff was very prompt and friendly. Our waiter was so nice and cheerful. we will definitely be going more.
