I ordered a cake for my son's 3rd birthday. I requested it to be somehow superhero themed- not expecting anything crazy or detailed. Gave some options of what my son liked and aaid honestly anything will do- he is 3! When I picked up his cake I was very impressed! it looked so good! It also was very tasty- vanilla and chocolate cake. Will definitely come here for future ice cream cake needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely rude and disrespectful towards my special needs child. Will not visit this shop again. Staff needs educated on respecting customers of all mental statuses, not just neurotypical ones.

Let me start off by saying we love your ice cream, and your employees are often very polite.
My one complaint is that they overfill the cups when you order a Sundae and hand them to you running over. We were there yesterday and purposely ordered my husband‘s small Sunday in a medium cup and a young man handed it to him in a small cup, and then handed him an empty medium cup?! I specifically said I wanted my husbands small sundae in a medium cup, so it doesn’t dump all over my car . I was then handed my small strawberry sundae, running over the sides. Needless to say it was all over my car all over my clothes.
I’d say the last four months we’ve been there it’s been the same thing . They hand you a sticky overflowing cup, and then offer you a napkin.
