I was in Valley Dairy On Monday evening. They had a big party and the place was getting busy. They only has 2 servers, 2 cooks and 1 manager on. I must say the team did and amazing job thanks to their manager!! The one server was a new hire and Monday was his first night on his own. He did a great job in my eyes. Yes he did make a few mistakes but the manager on last night was very respectful. She went out of her way to make him feel better about the mistakes he made. she said if it weren't for mistakes we can't learn. She even gave a precentage off our bill and thanked us for understanding. She is what a manager should be! She was behind the grill line cooking then immediately came out to make sure the servers were ok and was even helping by making desserts, taking door dash orders and bagging them up all with a smile on her face! I just had to give praise where it's due! Even though the team was small they all did an amazing job!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!!

Service was the best!!! I had the Ruben sandwich it was as good as most restaurants. Another person in the party had the open face pot roast sandwich it looked delicious, he said it was the best he had. Will go back when I am in the area, I am not from this area.

Service was non existent had to flag another waitress to get silverware to eat my meal. There was a mouse running thru the dining room. Had to flag down yet another waitress to get my check. *** Update the district manager did reach out and apologized. The staffing issue has been resolved as well as the other issue.

Had dinner there Saturday evening & we all ordered breakfast & all 3 orders were delicious. Eggs & ham ,hashbrowns with toast & pancakes. Yummy yummy. The staff were very friendly & did a wonderful job. Will go there again most definitely.
