This Wendy's has gone down hill to a point of no return. The sandwiches are cold the buns aren't even warm the cheese doesn't melt and the burgers are so thin that it's disgusting!

I got Wendy's showing the hamburger did not look like hamburger the beans look like something else I can't describe hamburger also looks like something else it did not look and taste like hamburger it was disgusting and I got sick from it I do not recommend Wendy's at all ever I will never go back the service was good

Wendy’s Johnstown is proof that “fast food” doesn’t mean fast. Walked in with my coworker, she orders right away, but when it’s my turn? Nope. Suddenly they “can’t take more orders until tickets clear.” Translation: stand there and look stupid while your coworker eats without you. Brilliant system.
Five minutes just to order, another 10 for food that tasted like it had been waiting longer than me. By the time I sat down, my break was basically gone. Thanks, Wendy’s — exactly what every hungry customer wants: wasted time, cold food, and staff that treat common sense like it’s rocket science.
If you’re into slow service, bad management, and lunch breaks ruined for sport, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

The cheeseburger was ice cold. But they do have a young lady that reminded me so much of Wendy. I started calling her one day. She probably hates me but I thought it was funny. Red hair and freckles looks just like the girl in the bag.

Ordered a breakfast baconator with French toast, sticks a biscuit and fries so I could go eat at my mom‘s gravestone since it was nice outside only to have them forget the baconator. When I arrived back, it was a very bad experience because clearly the girl that was working the cash register did not want to be there. After I got my food, this is what I get as a breakfast baconator. Very bad start to my day.

I asked for tartar sauce on my fish sandwich with no cheese and pickles on the side. This is what I received.. see pics. I did get my pickles on the side but no lettuce and I didn't even realize it until I bit into it and it was so dry. I don't know if I will go back and sadly it's the only Wendy's.

I really shouldn't recommend a Wendy's @5 Stars but hey I've been to quite a few shitty ones. Cool setup with fireplace and lounge area. Staff is nice. Food was good, meaning as good as Wendy's gets. Not your mom's cooking. 😂
