Went into the Love's at 910 am. Two employees behind the counter, the bin FULL of prepared food. I was told "We aren't open until 10" and they wouldn't sell me anything. So they will leave prepared chicken sit in the bin for over an hour before serving. Glad I dodged that bullet.

Food was awful. They were out of stock of what I originally wanted and said that they’d been out of it for days. Then when I asked for something else they said they had it but they went right over to the next room and got it off one of the hot shelves. The food they gave me looked like it had been on that shelf for awhile because the bun was almost as hard as a rock, the chicken was soggy and not crunchy whatsoever, and the pickles on the sandwich looked like they were going bad. I’m not one for writing reviews but that type of thing can’t be overlooked even if it is fast food.

We live fairly close by to this location and have gotten take out a few times however lately the service is very poor and the staff, yeah! Today's visit no tenders made, we would have to wait. The order before us they asked for 6 tenders, but changed it to two, so the Counter help took two pieces out of the box and throw them back under the heat lamps. The service here sucks, and the staff could care less if they made money or not. Chester's lost another $25 bucks to burger king again
Truck drivers. We get so tired of fast food and the prefab stuff. We stop here to eat REAL food everytime we pass by and have time. Always leave full and happy. Waitstaff is super friendly.

Got here at 8:30 PM on Wednesday May 31 and it is close one of the employees said they close at 8:00 pm now.

Buffalo chicken and mashed potatoes were good. Green beans were delicious, tasted like they were cooked with bacon. They included ranch sauce cups and plasticware in our to-go bag. It was a bit crowded and a little wait. Tables were dirty.

Great when they’re open or staying on top of food prep. Last Monday I arrived between 6 and 7 PM and they had already closed. It was unsettling to watch them throw away several nearly full pans of chicken.When they are open the chicken is some of the best around, but side availability is inconsistent and you often end up having to settle for a second or even third choice option.

Can't rate the food cause they never stay open late enough for us to buy anything. Don't believe the 10PM closing time listed here.... you will be lucky if you can get anything past 7PMI understand not having enough employees, but post a sign saying you are closed. Especially considering we stood there 5 minutes (in front of a case full of food) only to be told they are closed.
