I have to add an edit to my review. I still give 5 stars. But even though tonights delivery took longer than normal, they made up for it. Its a Saturday night, of course they will he overwhelmed with orders. My food was still delicious and service as always was awesome.
We've been ordering delivery from this place since it opened, we always have great service and great food. Obviously there's gonna be a time or two it's not at 100% but I can always look past those times since usually we always get amazing service and product.
But I had to write a review tonight. The food and service tonight was absolutely blown of out the water. Food was still super hot and fresh when we received it and delivery was fast and friendly. This has been the freshest dominos delivery we've ever received and whoever was at the store at midnight tonight (I think his name was Brian) definitely deserves a raise because they exceeded my expectations tonight.

I've been hearing a lot of negativity about this place but decided to give it a try since we were craving one of those stuffed crust pizzas they keep advertising during baseball. I ordered online but thought it odd that it didn't change in 20 minutes so I drove to the store and saw they were getting slammed. I sat inside for about 30 more minutes and I witnessed someone come in to ask to cancel their order because it was taking so long. Fair enough. I was a little annoyed, too, but I could see how hard they were working. 2 people making pies, one on the counter & oven and a delivery driver. I dunno how many people they ought to have but they were really in the weeds. Plus it didn't help that it was around dinner time.
As for the food? We got a medium pepperoni and bacon stuffed crust and a stuffed jalapeno bread thing. I dunno what people online were complaining about bland food for? The pizza was standard dominoes quality and I really liked the jalapeño bread. We'll definitely order here again but maybe not if we're hangry or in a hurry. Patience is a virtue!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would an hour and 45 minutes later and it's not even the pizza that I ordered when I called to talk to a manager they said she was too busy to be bothered and I said that didn't even make sense then he followed through with she's not even supposed to be here anymore and I said what does that even mean? And he said there isn't anything he can't handle that she can't, never ordering from there again ever

Thought we would try them out for the first time... Ordered online, there in 20 minutes, told them I was here for a pick up.. Waited another 20 minutes in their lobby. Finally asked where my pizza is. It's been sitting here 10 minutes = zero customer service . Do better, you were not busy at all.

No consistency in food. Have ordered the same pizza 3 times and second time was the best. Other pizzas that have been ordered and food has been either over cooked, not cooked enough, lack of sauce or to much sauce, lacking toppings, something that makes you regret not going to McDonald's ( which says a lot when taking in the unpleasant atmosphere and food of our McDonald's). Today we ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza ( the 3rd one - where 2nd was best ) and it is tearing up everyone's guts. Some people may like a bottle of hot sauce on their pizza, but not everyone is wanting that. And yes, we even scrapped off all the excess sauce before eating and have upset stomachs. 😒 Just stick with PIZZA TOWN. Yes, may be a little more expensive, but AT LEAST you get a real pizza with consistency, better ingredients and a friendly hometown atmosphere from the workers. Not a here is your pizza now bye vibe.

The app said that my food was ready. I went inside and was told it was not ready. 20 minutes later my food was done. They did not have the sauce I asked for. I made the mistake of not checking my food before leaving and found that a sizeable chunk of my pizza was missing toppings and was scrapped over to the side. That portion was burned.
Edit: I called and asked for a refund and the guy was super chill about it. Staff is cool.
Friday evening my family and I ordered pizza that was set to be ready by 5:15. We arrived shortly after and even though our app said “ready” and the tv up top with our name and status said “ready”, there were no pizzas for me to pick up. There was ongoing conversation, and I was under the impression my pizzas were coming. I was in constant communication with the girl working in the front who was kind, and also under the impression my pizzas were coming. It was made known to those making pizzas that my order wasn’t ready. After countless check ins, it was going on 6:00. I had been there at least 40 minutes. I was listening constantly and heard that the only thing they were waiting on was a cheese pizza. I stated I’d like them to refund that pizza, and I will just take what was ready because my kids needed to eat. It was then discovered that NONE of my order was ready even after I had been standing there for 40 minutes. No apologies from the manager in any way. Just that he would refund it. The girl in the front then actually looked up my receipt and said our pizza was marked picked up so I informed her that our pizzas were given to someone else if they were made. Still no apology or anything offered and we walked out with zero dinner. At no point in me standing there was I told our pizzas were not ready AT ALL or being made at all. I wouldn’t have wasted my time being there.

I ordered 4 pizzas. 1 was burned, 1 was undercooked with all of the cheese puddled on the middle. Not sure who was doing the cooking today but they did an awful job. Delivery guy was nice though.

Thank god you came to Jonestown!! The local pizza place is absolute garbage and it’s really sad to say but your food/pizza including prices are way better. We always had to travel for a decent pizza due to the disgusting local joint we refuse to eat at that everyone seems to love which is extremely laughable… can flavored sauce Jonestown Pizza 🤢

I placed an online order on sunday 2/23/25 and when I went to pick it up no one was at the store other than a dominoes delivery driver who said that he did not know where anyone was and that he was sorry they could not fill my order. Wasted a lot of my time. I hope no one else has had this experience, but I am sure more have. I will not be using this store. Not reliable. People don’t want to work.
