Every time I order from here, the tracker says the pizza is done and then when I go to the store, they tell me it’s not done and I end up waiting 10 minutes or longer. The last time they told me my pizza wasn’t done and it ended up that it was sitting on the counter the whole time so by the time they figured it out, the pizza was cold.

Haven't had Dominoes in several years and decided I wanted pizza for lunch after seeing a delivery vehicle a few days ago it kinda stuff with me. Sauce changed a bit from what I remember but a good pizza still.

I have to add an edit to my review. I still give 5 stars. But even though tonights delivery took longer than normal, they made up for it. Its a Saturday night, of course they will he overwhelmed with orders. My food was still delicious and service as always was awesome.
We've been ordering delivery from this place since it opened, we always have great service and great food. Obviously there's gonna be a time or two it's not at 100% but I can always look past those times since usually we always get amazing service and product.
But I had to write a review tonight. The food and service tonight was absolutely blown of out the water. Food was still super hot and fresh when we received it and delivery was fast and friendly. This has been the freshest dominos delivery we've ever received and whoever was at the store at midnight tonight (I think his name was Brian) definitely deserves a raise because they exceeded my expectations tonight.

I've been hearing a lot of negativity about this place but decided to give it a try since we were craving one of those stuffed crust pizzas they keep advertising during baseball. I ordered online but thought it odd that it didn't change in 20 minutes so I drove to the store and saw they were getting slammed. I sat inside for about 30 more minutes and I witnessed someone come in to ask to cancel their order because it was taking so long. Fair enough. I was a little annoyed, too, but I could see how hard they were working. 2 people making pies, one on the counter & oven and a delivery driver. I dunno how many people they ought to have but they were really in the weeds. Plus it didn't help that it was around dinner time.
As for the food? We got a medium pepperoni and bacon stuffed crust and a stuffed jalapeno bread thing. I dunno what people online were complaining about bland food for? The pizza was standard dominoes quality and I really liked the jalapeño bread. We'll definitely order here again but maybe not if we're hangry or in a hurry. Patience is a virtue!

I’m really not sure who’s pizza we’re getting tonight but it certainly wasn’t ours. This is not a stuffed crust so whoever’s pizza were eating that is cold after an hour and a half your place sucks.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would an hour and 45 minutes later and it's not even the pizza that I ordered when I called to talk to a manager they said she was too busy to be bothered and I said that didn't even make sense then he followed through with she's not even supposed to be here anymore and I said what does that even mean? And he said there isn't anything he can't handle that she can't, never ordering from there again ever

Thought we would try them out for the first time... Ordered online, there in 20 minutes, told them I was here for a pick up.. Waited another 20 minutes in their lobby. Finally asked where my pizza is. It's been sitting here 10 minutes = zero customer service . Do better, you were not busy at all.

No consistency in food. Have ordered the same pizza 3 times and second time was the best. Other pizzas that have been ordered and food has been either over cooked, not cooked enough, lack of sauce or to much sauce, lacking toppings, something that makes you regret not going to McDonald's ( which says a lot when taking in the unpleasant atmosphere and food of our McDonald's). Today we ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza ( the 3rd one - where 2nd was best ) and it is tearing up everyone's guts. Some people may like a bottle of hot sauce on their pizza, but not everyone is wanting that. And yes, we even scrapped off all the excess sauce before eating and have upset stomachs. 😒 Just stick with PIZZA TOWN. Yes, may be a little more expensive, but AT LEAST you get a real pizza with consistency, better ingredients and a friendly hometown atmosphere from the workers. Not a here is your pizza now bye vibe.
