Person taking the order in drive thru very rudely rushed the order gave no room for deciding. was very rude at the window and gave dirty looks i have no idea if she's having a bad day or anything but it was super inappropriate and uncalled for i come here regularly with no issue this is the first time I experienced rude customer service here. I also wasn't able to get her name

The people here were very nice, I'm not supposed to have this food . I stopped in to use the ladies room, (we was on our way to Hershey for the Jellyroll concert) I ended up getting 3 chicken strips, and giving 2 away. They was good but my body rejected it. Lol

We placed a mobile order through the app, but when we arrived, someone else had already taken our order. After waiting over 15 minutes with no update, we went to the counter to ask about it. The staff seemed confused and reluctant to help, and it felt like they weren’t going to remake the order at all. Eventually, they did, but only after giving us a hard time—no apology, no urgency, and very little sense of customer service. Disappointing experience overall just for some mcdonald’s

Very slow, atleast 8 people waiting for their orders. No one to take orders. Waited 5 mi. Then we walked out.
