The Jonestown Subway Restaurant is clean and well maintained. The people are always very nice and friendly. The students from Northern Lebanon High School that work here are the best. Way to go parents you are doing great work. To the General Manager at this Subway. Take good care of these young people. They represent their families, this area, and Subway very well.

Overall, food is good, but ordering online is a pain. I’ve ordered about 3 times online, and every single time, we requested our sandwiches toasted, and every single time, without fail, our sandwiches are not toasted.
