Been a regular customer for years, and the quality of the drinks is great. The service can be disappointing, I have waited before for 45 minutes to find out my order got “lost” and needed to be redone. It happens, I get it…however, we just had a group of 4, and they were busy, but 3 of us got our drinks within about 15 minutes, and one waited while 2 drinks that were ordered after us were served, so we kept waiting. Finally we asked if our order would soon be ready and we were told “sorry, we’re busy.” About 25 more minutes passed, with additional orders placed after us, groups that got their drinks first, about 6 more drinks…we said to the staff that we’d like a refund, we needed to leave. The staff wasn’t polite about it and said “I think your drink is done,” and they pulled it out from behind there counter where it was sitting for who knows how long….we stood there for 45 minutes, gave a reminder, and they never put it out and weren’t even nice about it. Extremely disappointed…didn’t try to make up for the ridiculous wait or the fact that they kept cranking out drinks for people that ordered well after us…some 45 minutes after us. As a regular, I gotta admit it’ll be a while before I consider going back. To act that way when the customer isn’t in the wrong, felt forgotten, and then almost as if it was done on purpose after we politely asked if our order was coming up is very disappointing, and like I said…seems to happen more than it should at this one location (because we frequent their other locations as well.) After asking for a refund because we needed to leave, and our coffee that had apparently been sitting there after we asked for it was just handed over, like we were a problem was ridiculous. Not very good service at all, sad to say.

The best part of this coffee shop is the young ladies that work there they are so very nice and attentive. The coffee was very good as well. The only problem I have with this place is the high priced sandwiches for gods sake I’m from NYC and that is how much they charge in manhattan for a sandwich. We are in central Pa for me these sandwich prices are ludicrous.

I’ve been coming here for years. Loved it. But I will no longer go here. The new owners are terrible….rick just fires people. The atmosphere is terrible. I do not recommend going here. I cannot support such a horrible person.
