Those roast beef pasties last weekend were the bomb and the pizza was awesome too!
The bar at Kempton Hotel was one of our favorite stops on our road trip from San Diego, CA, to Calais, Maine. The service was excellent, and they all made us feel welcome. The food was delicious - BBQ pork fries, Dutch fries, and steamed clams. Best of all, the patrons were a fun crowd. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you visit them.
Good casual dining and decent beers on tap as well. Food always good and staff are nice as well.

Kempton Hotel offers delicious, plentiful meals with excellent service in a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Special menus like Easter and Valentine's Day provide flavors that exceed expectations. Located near Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, it's a fun place with a rustic old school country vibe, great murals, and a cool jukebox. The homemade chicken pot pie with noodles is spectacular, and the cheesesteak was a standout. The food and service are still great, with friendly people and awesome murals on the ceilings with Willie Nelson's pictures. The place has great price and portion, and is a great spot for exceptional food and a fun dining experience, just a short drive from Kutztown University.
