We loved the first dining experience and kept coming back drove about 30 minutes just to enjoy the flavors. But recently the price has increased and the quality of the chicken has reduced. I remember we ordered boneless with all white meat and now they are mixed and to be honest I don't like the taste of the boneless anymore, they are like not real meat or not well cooked which is unlikely if the claim was true 360 degree frying and timed by the robotic arms. Everytime we spent between $80 - $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we still like the unique flavors but with the price, the quality and the portion we don't think we might visit again.

I’ve been ordering from this place for couple years and I have noticed a lot of changes from before. I love how the chicken sizes are perfect to eat and it is so crispy. I always order the spicy boneless chicken with extra rice cakes and I loveeeee the rice cakes so much. The staff members are so nice and Ornella gave me a lot of samples for kimbap and it tasted so good! Many korean restaurants make korean food too sweet but here it is perfect. Can’t wait to make another order later!

The chicken is good but service is lacking something. Especially considering that there is a robot cooking you would think it wouldn’t take so long getting the food out.

Best chicken sandwich ever. The chicken had the perfect amount of crisp/crunch! I chose the garlic soy sauce for my sandwich and it added so much flavor to my sandwich. I must say the fries were a little salty but we still ate them 😁! Try it you won’t be disappointed! 😉🥰 10 out of 10‼️

We picked the boneless chicken spicy and fries, it was okay nothing great , it’s another chain like food. There is much better Korean fried chicken places here. I would say if nothing is available then this place would be a decent option.

On 3/29/25 We ordered our food at 6:15 pm we were 1 of 2 patrons in the location. We didn’t get our food until 7:30 pm atleast 35 people came in and ordered and received their food, ate and left before we even got our order. I wanted to just get a refund and leave but my wife wanted to wait. Never once did we get an apology.

I ordered honey garlic wings and they gave me ALL drums! I HATE DRUMS! I literally asked for flats they said they couldn't do it (OK) but then to give me ALL DRUMS. Also, for the corn, NEVER AGAIN. To pay $30 for 12 wings and corn, NOT WORTH IT!
Overpriced for a thin piece of chicken. You pay too much for bad ratios when the chicken is a small part of the sandwich, a lot of bread and lettuce in every bite, cheese unmelted, sauce just thrown on there like it’s an after thought.
The bubble tea I got however was good and would get again.

Chicken nuggets were chewy and undercooked. Weird color. Chicken sandwich barely had any chicken inside it, mostly batter. Counter person not that friendly and was on phone most of the time.

This was the worst chicken sandwich I can ever remember eating. Dried chicken, a tiny portion, and bland ingredients to go with it.
The cauliflower fries were OK, but completely unseasoned, and the sauce that came with it for an extra two dollars was cold and solid, and way too sweet.
