Chicken was gross. Not edible. Had to throw away all the chicken nuggets. Chicken has a stringy, chewy texture. Nasty taste and texture. Just save your money and avoid this place. The French fries were good

Got Supreme 360 boneless and Sweet & Spicy wings. Super moist and soft chicken on both accounts and the sauces are great, definitely coming back

We went in yesterday on a whim. As a vegetarian, I was excited to try the vegetable kimbap that is advertised outside and inside the restaurant. When we ordered it, the young man at the register conferred with his coworker for a loooong time. He finally told us that those were left out by accident, they are usually only sold at breakfast (weird?!) He said he didn't know how to ring it in, but eventually he figured out an alternative and did give us the kimbap. We also ordered bubble tea, but they said nobody was working in that area. I don't know if they were short staffed, or if you can only get that in the morning too. Then I ordered the Brussels sprouts, but they were out of them. So I chose the cheese balls instead, because there are very limited vegetarian options. The cheese balls were pretty good but you had to pay extra for dipping sauce. My son ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that did not have anything spicy on it at all. It looked like the regular piece of fried chicken and did not have sauce on the bun. My husband ordered wings, which he enjoyed. The order did take a really long time to make, even though there was only one person ahead of us. I don't know if they were just having an off day or what, but it seems like they need better management.

We loved the first dining experience and kept coming back drove about 30 minutes just to enjoy the flavors. But recently the price has increased and the quality of the chicken has reduced. I remember we ordered boneless with all white meat and now they are mixed and to be honest I don't like the taste of the boneless anymore, they are like not real meat or not well cooked which is unlikely if the claim was true 360 degree frying and timed by the robotic arms. Everytime we spent between $80 - $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we still like the unique flavors but with the price, the quality and the portion we don't think we might visit again.
I’ve been ordering from this place for couple years and I have noticed a lot of changes from before. I love how the chicken sizes are perfect to eat and it is so crispy. I always order the spicy boneless chicken with extra rice cakes and I loveeeee the rice cakes so much. The staff members are so nice and Ornella gave me a lot of samples for kimbap and it tasted so good! Many korean restaurants make korean food too sweet but here it is perfect. Can’t wait to make another order later!

Best chicken sandwich ever. The chicken had the perfect amount of crisp/crunch! I chose the garlic soy sauce for my sandwich and it added so much flavor to my sandwich. I must say the fries were a little salty but we still ate them 😁! Try it you won’t be disappointed! 😉🥰 10 out of 10‼️

We picked the boneless chicken spicy and fries, it was okay nothing great , it’s another chain like food. There is much better Korean fried chicken places here. I would say if nothing is available then this place would be a decent option.
