Today at approximately 4pm I stepped up to order and not only was the lady completely rude, she got smart with the customer behind me who kindly asked her to pull her mask up over her nose. The lady rolled her eyes and went back to making pretzels with the same nasty gloves she’d just taken money with.

We went to the Mall to do some shopping. Auntie Anne's was at the entrance that we went in. This was the worst Auntie Anne's. We passed this place three time and we should've keep walking. I wasted about $12.00 they are really over price and the the food was sitting their under a heat lamp. I went their to get my Shop kick points. And because of the Covid-19 I really haven't been at the Mall. So I had to buy a Chocolate forstey and a pretzels you know I had to also order the dipping sauce. One pretzels was $4.99 the forstey $4.99 and the dipping sauce $1.50. So I place my order the guy that was working said that they didn't have any small cups so he said I'll gave you a medium. So I told him thanks the pretzel was not warm. They was cooking them to fast and it wasn't a lot if traffic at the Mall. So my husband had the pretzel and I had the drink. So we walked to my such and I took a sip of the drink then I took another sip and it tasted like soap. So my Husband said let's take it back and I didn't want go back because it was so cold outside. We got out the car and went back in the Mall when I told he that it wasn't right he act like he didn't understand what I was saying . So I said it three more time. And the lady that was helping him looking at me like I was from Mars lol. Then he ask if I wanted something and I told him I would like a soda. Then I thought the sodas are not that much so I decided to get a Mango Slushy. I gave it to my Husband and he didn't like it either and at this time I had drove off. And went to go get something to eat so we left them in the car while we was in the Restaurant. Look at how the Slushy look by sittingin my car thats why I took the pictures. I was so mad I'll never go to this Auntie Anne's again and they even have another one located in the Mall. Just keep in mind when you buy food or snacks under a hot lamp.

Thé store staff was very rude! We wanted to buy 2 pretzel dogs, the total was 8$and we only had 100$ and a 5$. The guy told us they can't accept a 100$. When we asked him the reason, he told us to buy only 1 pretzel dog instead. This is crazy, they should put a sign if they have a such a rule.
