Bagelicious is a hidden KOP gem! We had amazing bagels here and the chocolate chip cookies are homemade and you can taste how different they are from run of the mill cookies. We loved it so much we came back later this week to try more! It’s definitely a small mom and pop shop, but the bagels rival any other in town. Softer than Spread and bigger and tastier than Founding Farmers. Our new favorite bagel place! 10/10

Felt disrespected this morning and will not be returning to this establishment due to the service. I was next in line and they took the order of the lady BEHIND me and had me move over so she could pay as well. I was literally standing in front of the register and knew what I wanted to order. Coming from someone who works in the customer service industry, that is rude and disrespectful. As for the food, bagel sandwich was decent but was very skimpy on the cheese. Egg also tasted like it was microwaved and not fresh.

I walk into the store there's one person at the counter and one worker behind the counterI'm in the store for at least 10-15 minutes and she never acknowledges me or the person that came in after me and she was serving the lady whatever order she ordered for the whole 10 to 15 minutes never took our orders so I left out and I won't be coming back

We enjoyed our bagels. They were fresh and hot. One wall is decorated like a cottage which is a nice touch. The service was quick but they are getting busy. It's comfortable with seating inside and out.
