I had to share my experience on Saturday 9/20/25. To start with…I had a reservation at 7pm and we arrived (there was just 2 of us) at 6:50pm. We were told it would be a few minutes. About 6 different parties came in after us and were seated immediately while we still waited. At least one of the parties had a reservation later than mine as I heard them say their reservation was at 7:15p and they were seated immediately while we still waited. At 7:15pm we decided to go sit at the bar since the 2 hostesses would not seat us.
The service at the bar was much better, the young girl was very good
The food on the other hand was subpar to say the least
My steak was overdone. My partners mahi mahi fish was raw. And our key lime cake for dessert was stale
Very disappointed in the entire visit. But intentionally not getting seated was the bigger insult of the entire visit

Worst experience ever! Went here because it was the one year anniversary of my mother’s passing. Bonefish was one of her favorite restaurants. The service was absolutely lousy and the manager was no better. The server was slow and inattentive. The manager did not handle the matter professionally at all. I won’t be back.

My parents and I came here to celebrate my grandmother’s anniversary of her passing; this was her FAVORITE restaurant. The server was slow and inattentive but nice for the most part. When asked for the manager, the manager threw the check on our table, spoke to my mom rudely and didn’t really want to talk to us. Honestly, the manager made the experience terrible for us on the day we honor our matriarch.

Bonefish is consistently good. This last visit was okay compared to other visits which have been better. They could not make a simple change to a dish on the menu Which was a cod dish with scallops and shrimp topping. The kitchen said they couldn't remove the scallops because it comes premixed. That was surprising to hear. Then I asked if they could just grill a piece of cod and add the lemon butter topping. They couldn't do that. I ended up going with just the fish tacos, which were fine. But I was really looking forward to a nice piece of fish. My server, Adam, was great it felt really bad that they couldn't accommodate simple requests. The restaurant is clean. The hosts were very friendly and my server was great. I will be back to bonefish. I just won't have the expectation that you can order off menu.
Service was meh. They brought salad with entree. The Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad was a house salad with maybe half a brussel sprout. They didn't bring me bread. I had to ask for it. The fish was good.

The atmosphere in the establishment is exceptional, and the service consistently meets high standards. The charred flavor of the meat is distinctly perceptible; I particularly enjoyed the burger accompanied by a blueberry martini, both of which were prepared using fresh ingredients. Anytime I'm in KP, I will have lunch or dinner there!
