Horrible experience they obviously had someone new behind the bar I was literally there sitting at the bar for almost one hour with a drink so they had a special on 12/19 on the bang bang shrimp I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and explain so I ordered it never got it, I'm a patron of bonefish but I doubt seriously if I would go back the bar was full of dirty dishes and half drunken drinks when I got there!

Horrible customer service at Bonefish grill KOP last night! Host Oscar was very rude and disrespectful to me! And the manger Chris was even worse! I only stayed because my child really wanted the food there. I honestly didn’t want to give them a dime of my money after the horrible inconsiderate treatment!

Let me tell you my first experience in here. Atmosphere was good, hosting was not bad. All problems started with when they tell us “your server James will be here.” When you hear that tell them you want to change your server. I will tell you why; He never smiles and he act like we have to beg for service. He barely showed up and we could not even get second glasses for water. We bought water after we left the place. He came only twice to our table. One for take orders one for check. He was looking our face like he hate us. Food was not bad but even best dishes taste trash when they served rude. That is because I gave 1 star for everything. Presentation is more important then everything. Trust me. I am manager of an Italian restaurant. I wish I could have better experience about here. I am regret that I picked this place for celebrate my birthday. I did not even want to order dessert for my birhday from that server.

The food and service were fantastic, my only critique is that we ordered pumpkin cream brulee and got what tasted and looked like a fancy canned pumpkin puree with whipped cream.
