Buffalo Wild Wings

Went to the restaurant today. I am not from the area but ate many times at this chain. The service is miserable and the wait time for everything is horrible. Waited 25 minutes for the food. Waited 15 minutes to get service. Waited 20 minutes to pay my bill. Spent over $100 for 3 people and it was a disaster. I would never go back if I lived closer

food could of been better seemed pretty rushed there was poop and pee on my jizzy burger and where is my sprite.. 🫤 also where is his root beer and they charged 2 million dollars. how disrespectful. i hate it. worst food experience of my life

I’ve always been a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings, but my experience at the King of Prussia, PA location was absolutely unacceptable.

The host ignored us for over 20 minutes while seating people who arrived after us. Then, after finally being seated, we waited another 20 minutes before any server even showed up — and the place wasn’t even busy! When the server finally came, she took our full order, but it took her 30 more minutes just to bring some drinks, served in to-go cups with melted ice and awful taste.

To make things worse, a table seated 15 minutes after us was served first, with proper glasses and full attention. At that point, it honestly felt like we were being intentionally ignored or disrespected, maybe even because my in-laws are Hispanic — and that’s beyond disappointing. When I tried to speak with the server, she looked at me and just walked away.

We left after nearly two hours with no food, no apology, and no one even noticed we walked out. I later checked online and saw dozens of reviews describing the same poor service. Clearly, this location needs serious management review or closure. Buffalo Wild Wings, please do better — this was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

We were seated 11 of us and we all at our table and then kept saying how come waitress wasn't coming to take our orders and then she finally came and then we ordered our foods and then some of our party got their foods and three of us didn't then we went to the manager and then asked the waitress where the rest of the foods and she said they coming out. My sister's wings were dry and service at KOP mall boulevard was horrible and waitress wasn't that good DON’T GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS MALL BOULEVARD

Staff is very rude, manager was not available, we waited more than 40 min for food to come out.

Food is ok, but the service is not very good or fast. Lots of confusion around ordering a cheesesteak without the bread. Spent wayyy too long waiting for someone to help us after getting a text saying our table was ready. also forgot my fries😮‍💨 please staff your stores

The servers were unprofessional and lack customer service. They were in the back talking loud using profane language around the customers with no care or regard. They moved very slowly with coming to serve you. I won’t be back to this location.

I never write one star reviews, but this was such a bad experience.

We ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and fries. The fries were so old and stale they were inedible. We sent them back. The new fries they sent out had way too much black pepper on them. The chicken tenders themselves were beyond salty, and as a salt lover, that surprised me.

We were at the bar and when we told the bartender our issues, her response was “I dont work in the kitchen so i dont know what goes on back there.” Very unprofessional.

Amir was awesome! He saw me (confused) by the pickup area and asked if I needed help with my order. Once I looked I realized I never placed my order! He brought me to a register and took my order right then. My order came out with no time at all! He was kind, friendly, and helpful. The building is also clean and well maintained.

“This place has more than 50 televisions inside, but surprisingly not even one receptionist at the front desk to help customers. I came just to pick up a takeout order, not even dining in, and still had to wait around with no one to assist me. The setup feels more focused on flashy screens than on actual customer service. If they can invest in dozens of TVs, they should at least have one staff member available to manage the front properly. Very disappointing experience.”

I went to this restaurant with my friends and family for my birthday. When we got there we were seated and waited 15-20 minutes and nobody ever came to take our order or get drinks. Then my mother walked up to try and get help and two employees walked past her ignoring her. We left the restaurant after being ignored. I am very unhappy with this experience and don’t plan to ever come back.

Me and my husband always come here and eat at the bar. The food is absolutely delicious. The cheesesteak is to die for. Can't wait to order it again 🤗
