Anu gave great service! My fiance and I have pretty strict allergy restrictions and he was very accommodating and patient even though he was working the full floor. Food was great as always!

We had an Excellent Lunch at BWW. Anu our bartender was professional, kind, and attentive. Our Ultimate sampler was delicious and it was delivered nice and hot! Good prices and perfect atmosphere. Great time at BWW! We will be back!

Our sever today was Anu Very Personal Very positive and polite today also the cook we had was so friendly and cooks very good I really enjoyed my lunch today with the help of Anu and the cook we had today I will definitely be back real soon also my food came out very fresh and my cups for my drinks were very clean…..

We had a great meal here.

sooo unbelievably slow with takeout orders. 40 minutes minimum. wing sizes are way smaller than other locations and they skimp out on quantity. worth driving the extra 15-20 minutes to the oaks one

Anru was great!! Food was great too!! There was a waiter on her phone 24/7 on the floor. She really did not care about her job, but Anru was great!

This location is terrible. None of the employees care about guests entering the front doors. Just went to pick up my take-out order, and waited 15+ minutes while 4 or 5 employees walked by me at the front desk without one of them offering to help me. Can’t say I’ll be back and would drive out of my way for better service.

Horrible ! Refried chicken wings just don’t serve people if yous want to close earlier ! Bathroom disgusting! Bar smelly and sticky menus sitting on top of spilled beer ! I had beer on me and I don’t even drink beer so gross ! Worst ever ! No one cared management no where in site ! Staff I’m at a loss for words !

This location needs an intervention either by corporate and/or management . The floors are sticky the place run down and it smells bad. The staff are disheveled looking , wearing literal rags with the corporate logos. The staff look miserable. One took an attitude with me and my kid for standing in an empty dining area section watching the TV. The pickup order person was nowhere to be found for 10 minutes (presumably assembling orders alone). The food was cold. The wings, the stale, old, overcooked fries cold to the touch. They didn’t include the carrot sticks and celery either. The staff seem to be treated poorly, because it wasn’t even very busy and they looked beat down. If not for my kids loving Buffalo Wild Wings, I would never ever go back to this location. I think I will drive an extra half an hour to avoid the King of Prussia location.

Ordered chicken tenders with dip. When the order arrived, it was just dry chicken tenders with nothing to dip them in. Defeated the whole purpose of the entire order.
