Disappointing.
Took 20 mins to get our app.
Took 25 mins to get my drinks.
Took 30 mins to put our food order in.
Took 45 mins to get the food.

Had to get our own straws/ketchup.
Asked the manager to check on our food because it was taking too long, to which she replied “you’ll have to hold on a second” and didn’t ever enter the kitchen to follow up.

Won’t come back.

Came in on Sunday to take out, service was mediocre and to top it off I had my order completely wrong. It’s a shame how awful the experience has gotten in this place. This only one of many experiences that made pulled the trigger on doing a review. I understand mistakes happen and workers having a busy schedule can do this but having it consistently happen makes me believe that management is to blame.

Whoever the cook is needs to be retrained. The pieces of chicken you’re given (boneless) is of poor quality. Crumbs of the actual pieces of chicken you should be given, and the food is cold

Zero stars next time I’ll be sure to take pictures to reflect what I mean as this is the ongoing theme at this location.

Take out service always takes forever, and is never ready by quoted time even when it's dead. Staff is unfriendly.

Worst ever ! Me and my boyfriend went there for Valentine’s Day in the beginning everything was all so cool until the very next day we was sick to our stomach throwing up and just felt very bad after eating from here . Wouldn’t recommend to people who’ve never been to this exact location. I’ve eaten from other buffalo wild wings and NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE ! something definitely or someone did something to our food our drinks ! We’re still feeling sick as I’m writing this review !

It is a sports bar and after asking 3 " higher ups" I was still painfully forced to watch Corgis run !!! Uggh college football play, hockey sports were on ...they don't care about the TV experience when you come into chill and eat and catch up on some great college games

If you looking for good Buffalo wings experience, this is not the one…
It’s short stuffed, short tempered, poorly cooked food. You are really risking to get food poisoning…
Nasty place, rood service.
One night they gave my friend nachos with chicken instead of vegetarian that he ordered…bartender was for 20 min some where else(I guess they have not enough hands and she is a cook maybe….)
The second day, we came again, by hoping for good… but no, the overcooking nachos, and we were not the only one at the bar who was complaining about that…Then a bartender was rood to our friend, she rejected to give him a drink and called him drunk…which is not true, he was working at the mall all day long, at a very very busy location and was exhausted…
Other night bartender, which is a manager, I guess, was also “not friendly”

Terrible service. Either the waiter didn't put in the full order or the kitchen is terribly managed. Party of 5. And 2 ppl get the initial order, then 10 min later 1 more person gets their meal, then another 10 for a 5 tender and fry. And the last 3 chicken tender came out the same time we we got our Togo boxes. Which took a while bc he was sitting there talking to one of his buddies

Then it took another 10 min to get our check, plus 5 more min for him to come back to get the card to take the payment. Swipes my card and then goes off to do other task instead of just bringing me my card. As I sat at the table alone because the rest of my party already left to go to the car.

You know it's really bad when you don't leave a tip on a corporate card meaning it's not coming out my pocket either way.

Izzy was absolutely amazing—truly went above and beyond. He deserves a promotion! However, I’m giving service just one star, and that’s directed at management, not the staff. It’s completely unacceptable to have one person serving an entire restaurant for drinks and food around the bar. It’s unfair to the employees and creates a poor experience for customers. Management needs to step up and properly staff the team to set everyone up for success.

Food was utterly cold..We ordered a combo deal and the waitress did not care to mention that a drink we ordered was not part of the deal..Also, one of the item we ordered had a deal, however she added a price without the deal, utterly disappointed!

Not sure what went wrong this time. We ordered And arrived early and it wasn’t ready. No problem. 40 minutes later, they finally bring the bag out and I’m just waiting for someone to give it to me since it’s behind the counter. Waited an extra 15 minutes and someone still wont give us bag instead one of the employees kept groping the other employee. So now we waited almost an hour, so I decided to grab the bag and then get stopped for grabbing it. I explained I already paid then left. Once I finally ready to eat this, it has missing stuff go figure. The only time I was noticed was when I was taking my own food. I understand it’s a Saturday but still. Also missing things seems to be a constant thing at this location.
