Generally a big fan of B-Dubs, but I will NEVER come back to this location. Every time I come here, there’s an issue. Last time I walked in at 9:30 before an 11 o’clock closing, some guy RAN in front of me to tell me that I had missed last call for food. Another time, I walked in and was told the wait would be almost 2 hours when there was literally 4 tables seated and probably 25 open tables, 1 of which was occupied by multiple staff members on their phones. The one time I actually got food, it was hard and cold like it had been sitting out and somebody just drizzled some sauce on it. The staff is just generally unpleasant.

I ordered 6 boneless Thai curry wings, 6 boneless lemon pepper wings and 6 buffalo wings. I also ordered 2 ranch and a blue cheese dip with celery and carrots but I only got the wings. All in all decent wings but would've been nice if I got all my orders.

I like Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location is run very poorly. My order is almost never correct, and there are usually multiple issues like certain items completely missing from my order. The Phoenixville location is much better.

Worst BWW I’ve been to. Felt dirty, wait staff was yelling at each other, bartender put his hand in a drink he was making, our food got fully delivered to another table before realizing it was the wrong order and then brought straight to us. A waitress then yelled at a customer when she asked for her credit card back. Not a good meal or service.

The tables were dirty and the hostess didn’t even take the time out to wipe it off before we were seated . Upon sitting down there was a 35 minute wait until someone took our order and another 20 minutes before our food came out to the point where a lot of the guests were starting to walk out . When our food came out the entire order was wrong so they took it back with attitude . They brought the same thing out twice to my friend after her stating that the food was wrong . The only good thing is that the food was okay once they brought out the right thing and the manager was very accommodating and polite but they need a completely new staff .

After we got seated no one approached the table for 20 minutes. Got the drinks wrong. Server had bad attitude. We ended up just leaving and went next door to the pizza place.

This is maybe my 4th or 5th time here. Every time I come I tell myself it will be different and I really want to like it but EVERY single time I am so disappointed. BWW offers a solid product at a reasonable price but not at this location. Perhaps it’s the bartender? I have heard management try to “coach” her on one or two occasions. But is it really that hard to check in on your bar guests every 10 minutes or so? Every time I come it’s the same bartender and quite honestly, drying paint has more of a personality than she does. I’ve watched her ignore guests, mutter things about them under her breath, and just seem like she’s flat out disinterested and showing up for the shift suffices for the day. I’ve watched her sit and text/talk on her phone multiple times throughout the time I’ve been sitting here currently typing this review and am sure she has even gone to the patio side of the bar to go vape rather than pay attention to her bar guests. I’m not the only one who has looked around wondering where she was. Sad thing is, she could have easily rang up my tab by paying attention and letting me order more drinks or regular priced food as opposed to happy hour by what I’d estimate to be $20-30 more. You guys have cameras so I am sure you can always go back and look and whether that’s done or not is not my concern. I’ve included a photo of the bartender sitting and on her phone as I have sat here waiting for another drink. I know employees are hard to come by in this business as COVID changed everything but as someone who has been a salaried restaurant manager I would never allow the behaviors I have seen each and every single visit here to continue in any way, shape, or form. I hope you find this information useful and are able to build off of it. Another thing to note, as I’m paying my bill, I notice the charge is forSauza tequila… I ordered captain Morgan drinks… I’m sure the price difference (if any) is negligible, however I imagine this will mess with your liquor costs. On a positive, the manager that I have had some interaction with (Batman type of tattoo on right forearm? I apologize if that’s incorrect) has been pleasant.
