Sandy helped us out and ensured we had an absolutely fabulous experience (we dined on 4/13/2024). This has been our by far most favorite experience at this location as the service was superior and made it all the more enjoyable. We tried the avocado pizza and it was an instant hit - highly recommend!

Came to dine-in as hours on mall website said it was open until 10pm. We were immediately greeted with dirty looks by staff and told that we better know what we want to eat since the kitchen is closing soon. We apologized for coming in so late, explaining the hours were posted as 10. However, we obliged and placed an order for 2 appetizers as our meal with waters for ease sake. Our server greeted us miserably and minutes later the manager came to inform us they could not fulfill what we ordered. We had to leave as the environment was so unbearably uncomfortable and the food we ordered was unavailable. Get friendlier staff and fix your damn hours. Loved this location before and will never be returning.

The service was horrible. My pizza came out ice cold and they had to remake my pizza and my brothers pizza. They completely missed our order of the chicken dumplings and they tried to slide it on the bill at the end. Horrible experience as a whole and I regret coming here with my family for dinner tonight. It is a shame because the service and food is usually spectacular but it seems like there are a lot of issues at this location.

I ordered on door dash. Completely wrong pizza and were not helpful at all when I called the store. Call door dash we can’t help you they said. I spent a lot of money on this order. Never again.

Service was rough at the start, but progressively got better. The food on the other hand was fantastic. Great appetizers and the mushroom pizza with truffle oil was out of this world. Would definitely recommend it if in the area.

We waited for 54 minutes to get our order and it was not even crowded. The waiter did not give us forks, knives, or napkins. We ordered water without ice and received water with ice which took a long time to come back. After our really long wait the food we ordered was wrong so we had to send it back which took another hour to come back and we were only four people. THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG AGAIN!!! Then we ordered it again and got one of the orders wrong AGAIN!! It was like a comedy show. We finally spoke to the manager and got the order correct. It was such a waste of time I have no words to express them. The waiter was not even around, and I highly recommend NOT to come to this place. It was a waste of my time and money. The waiters name was Neşa, but the manager was a very polite person. They did not charge for the burgers in the end which was good.
