Your blue shirt watched me watch her drop the black soda dispenser nozzle in my drink and still tried to serve it to me. Then when I asked for a fresh one she muttered under her breath, with her coworker on register 3, as if it were funny or not that deep. Rude and unsanitary.

First of all the bag charge is ridiculous. I didn’t want a bag and I had to pay for something that’s gonna end up in a landfill for 100 years. Also my sandwich was dry and gross. Seriously unacceptable. Stop with the bad charge you greedy man. For the rip off prices you pay here spare me with the deceit and greed.

Placed my order, was notified that it was ready, and when I went to go get it they told me they are closed AT 6:30PM..when I tried to get a refund they gave me a number to call and told me they aren’t making my food. The lady told me my order popped up but she didn’t make the food…

Disappointed is an understatement. We came up to the mall on Monday and needed to get lunch, and my kids usually love Chick Fil A so that’s what we got. Spent over $50 on food. 2 chicken nugget meals and 3 chicken deluxe sandwich meals. The first time we got the order we were missing a sandwich. That’s okay, quick fix, go back and ask them for the sandwich. I got back to sit down, everyone else had already started eating. You know those were chicken deluxe sandwich’s and wasn’t nothing on the sandwich’s but chicken, two pickles and bread!! The menu said it came with like, lettuce, tomato, you know, all that stuff. These people gave us sad looking sandwiches, and we paid about $10 per meal. I was so disgusted but my family had already started eating so whatever. Lesson learned. The next time we visit, choose the Popeyes instead.

on the 4th of july, i ordered through the app using my rewards to get a free meal. i immediately got a notification saying an error occurred and to go up to the register for help, only to find out the restaurant closed three hours earlier than it was supposed to, and their hours did not reflect that, nor did the app (clearly because it let me order). i come to this chick fil a because it’s one of the cheapest options in the food court and i have rewards, but the service is so unorganized and im always missing something, whether its sauces, or they forgot my drink or fries. they even changed their recipe, and i let it slide. this might’ve been my last straw because i was highly pissed off that i had to go spend money somewhere crowded and more expensive.

I don’t know what the crew member problems are here lately but they need to get it together. It’s no reason for the crew members to be so nasty. It should be more organized when handling online orders and in store orders. It’s no reason for ppl who are waiting for online orders to continuously wait and be ignored. Do better.

There needs to be a better system in place for when it's busy and a delivery driver has to come in and pick up an order. As I personally am not comfortable shoving my way through a line of people and when the line is huge I'm not just going to stand there and wait for the whole line to shorten.
Well, I went in there to pick up for a delivery and I got ignored today. It's not the first time. Being ignored is a huge pet peeve of mine and that is so rude. Please either adopt a better system and put a shelf back in front of the counter where the delivery orders can just be picked up, Or just don't do third party deliveries.
