Slow service

I’ve only ever come here twice and have had good experiences both times. In the morning/early afternoon it’s usually not too busy so that’s really the best time to go and in the late afternoon and early evening that’s when they get pretty busy. And they also close pretty early too which kind of sucks, they’re usually the first ones to be closed in the food court area.

cashier was a lovely gal, whoever packed my order had no care for it and just threw stuff in. the manager behind the counter is rude to his staff and genuinely isnt pleasant to talk to.

I had a chicken tender meal and it was disappointing. very nasty. I just ended up feeding it to my cats.

now… what the hell is this? i want to mention this isn’t a frequent issue with me but like this isn’t even 4 nuggets worth. how can you send it out like that??

Went there on a Tuesday night, noticed they close at 6pm so I placed an order of ice cream at 5:54pm. I got up to the counter to have them tell me they canceled the order because they already cleaned the ice cream machine. So they start cleaning and shutting things down before the stated closing time at 6pm. That does not make any sense.

Ordered a #1 meal with added mac & cheese, a strawberry lemonade, and nuggets. My waffle fries were missing because the order was rung up incorrectly making my order much more expensive thanks to the employee handling my order, he appeared more focused on joking with his coworker than my order. Not a great experience. I stopped by 1/4/26 @6:40pm and the team member was Israel. Very unprofessional. Food was great but I wasn’t happy.

Long line and takes forever even if you order ahead. They forgot the cheese on my sandwich even though I paid extra and they gave me the original potato chips instead of the chick-fil-a sauce flavor.

They close 2 hours before the mall. Usually even earlier so not even an hour after work on weekdays. Why are they taking up a spot in a mall food court at this point?

This Chick-fil-A was a bit slower than most that I’ve encountered. But the rest of the expectations were fine.
