on the 4th of july, i ordered through the app using my rewards to get a free meal. i immediately got a notification saying an error occurred and to go up to the register for help, only to find out the restaurant closed three hours earlier than it was supposed to, and their hours did not reflect that, nor did the app (clearly because it let me order). i come to this chick fil a because it’s one of the cheapest options in the food court and i have rewards, but the service is so unorganized and im always missing something, whether its sauces, or they forgot my drink or fries. they even changed their recipe, and i let it slide. this might’ve been my last straw because i was highly pissed off that i had to go spend money somewhere crowded and more expensive.

I don’t know what the crew member problems are here lately but they need to get it together. It’s no reason for the crew members to be so nasty. It should be more organized when handling online orders and in store orders. It’s no reason for ppl who are waiting for online orders to continuously wait and be ignored. Do better.

There needs to be a better system in place for when it's busy and a delivery driver has to come in and pick up an order. As I personally am not comfortable shoving my way through a line of people and when the line is huge I'm not just going to stand there and wait for the whole line to shorten.

Well, I went in there to pick up for a delivery and I got ignored today. It's not the first time. Being ignored is a huge pet peeve of mine and that is so rude. Please either adopt a better system and put a shelf back in front of the counter where the delivery orders can just be picked up, Or just don't do third party deliveries.

Had a huge problem fulfilling orders for some reason. Had to wait 40 minutes. Manager seemed really lost and unable to handle the situation.

No matter the location, Chic Fil A never disappoints. The well prepared food, as well as the friendly and proficient staff makes the experience much better.

terrible customer service and this is the dirtiest one i ever been to! They refuse to issue refunds to unsatisfied customers ( who didn’t even get their food yet) and the white manager is racist

My daughter and I enjoyed our quality time together having lunch at Chick-fil-A. The food was delicious as always, and even at a busy mall we didn't have to wait that long before we got our order. 5 stars all around ?

Ordered through door dash, thought maybe it was a door dash problem missing my fries but then saw this sticker on my "dr pepper" my drink was a mix of tea and dr pepper which is clearly on chick fil a, no fries, only my chicken was correct. Door dash refuses to refund this. Btw, I am not Chris

Long line but mobile order filled quickly. Nuggets were on the smaller side.Cookies and cream shake never disappoints.Very crowded location in food court. They manage it well enough.
