Awful experience. The waiter was loud and obnoxious, acted like he was under the influence of something and made me very uncomfortable. Then disappeared and was making all sorts of noise in the back. Will not be returning.

Saturday night in king of prussia... an hour wait . About normal for the day and area . Waitress " shay " was helpful , attentive with a pleasant friendly demeanor. First drinks and appetizers were tasty and quick to the table . That's the 5 stars of this visit . The food wasn't the tasty fresh I remember . Now granted it's been over a year since our last visit ... and it was the city ave location in Philly... but the food was meh ! Tortillas were small yellow and kinda greasy . The steak was tough and overcooked . The chicken was greasy . The shrimp ? Very tasty ! On the whole , I had felt their specialty was the fajitas... tonight the portions were small , everything was overcooked just not up to past dinners .

I should’ve known when we walked in by the attitude of the hostess that this was going to be a bad time. And yes, I know that a chain restaurant doesn’t care about my review but I’m going to leave it anyway :)

Our waiter was SO rude. I thought it was a prank when he came to the table dressed in jeans and a puffer vest. 0 uniforms at all. All 7 of us knew what we wanted rather quickly but he would only let us order drinks. He rudely said “well how about I just start with bringing some drinks and then we can figure it out”

Now we get to ordering. I don’t know if this guy was new or what but he did not know how to work the tablet he had to order our food on. When we were ordering, he’d rudely say “WAIT” if he couldn’t keep up, but my favorite part was when I tried to customize my wings in the triple dipper (which, by the way, it doesn’t say you can’t). I said “I’ll have the wings, bone in, garlic parm” and he said “no. Buffalo or bbq” to which I said “no….garlic parm” and he said I can’t have that. So I said then can I have plain wings with a side of garlic parm? He gave me buffalo anyway. My mozzarella sticks were so soggy.

To top it off, the whole place was filthy dirty.

Hostess was rude from the start. Food was served cold. Server took forever and never checked his tables. He had to be chased down to get the order fixed. Horrible experience!

Docking a star just because the margarita was heavy on the sour mix, and that they were out of ice. Everything else was exceptional.

Shay was our waitress, a table of 5, and she was excellent! She was patient, friendly and she made our experience a positive one! The food was delicious, the service was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The food was terrible except for the sliders and the witches brew drink was horrible. The staff were nice!

Update: got a generic email from customer care that they would look into this. It didn’t really seem like they cared. So I hope they atleast notified the manager of the situation so it can be corrected

Just stopped in for a quick bite with dining companion! Food was pretty good but their selection is kinda same old from back when ? Don't get me wrong , it's great place to get something to eat but selection needs to be upgraded a bit !

Damn chilli's is so good. Those mozzarella sticks they got does something to me that I can't even tell my therapist.

Food was ok for the price, but service is frustratingly slow. I don't I would go there again, frustration is not worth it when you are eating out. Parking was hard to find, had to wait about 10 mins to find a spot.

Went there on a date this past Saturday, everything about the service was worthy of a 1 star rating. I’ve been to multiple different Chili’s locations and this has been the worst experience by far. To start off, the wrong appetizer came out, we got another table’s food. It sat for about 5 minutes as we waited for the waiter to come back. He did and tried to serve the table behind us the same order since the tables got switched and they declined because it was sitting there for a while. The correct appetizer came out and it was lukewarm. The main entree’s were also borderline cold. Spent almost $100 on a date for girlfriend’s birthday and we can’t even get hot food? She had never been to chili’s before and I was raving about how it’s good food and they have a nice variety of drinks and it was totally underwhelming and I apologized for taking her there. I expect much better from Chili’s.
