Chili's Grill & Bar

I can't tell you anything about the service inside because I was never waited on. It's very disorganized at this location. Happy hour wasn't happy at all. There were plenty of staff around but only 2, I could see working. The poor bartender was waiting about 4 tables and the bar. I should have checked the Google reviews before I went.

We had Wes as server on Saturday night and he was awesome. Super attentive, positive and personable.

Came here with my son to eat. The waiter (Chinese guy) had no respect for me. Everyime he asked me a question literally from the beginning to the end of the service he had to bend down and lean towards me like one more inch he would have been kissing me. My son didn’t want to drink the water because it taste like bleach. I asked for mashed potatoes, grilled chicken and asparagus with nothing on the grilled chicken. I got grilled chicken with a load of spicy salsa, so hot that it burned my lips.. The chicken taste like elementary middle school lunch chicken (disgusting) but maybe it was just me who got served this food I’m just sharing my experience. Some people get more respect than others. It don’t matter who has more respect than others. This asparagus had a load of salt on it as far as I can remember I thought we were supposed to put our own salt. It don’t matter Who they chose to respect or who they serve better quality food to because regardless of what it’s going to be exposed.

I stopped by on a Saturday night. There was a long line with families waiting for a table, but the bar counter had plenty of space so couples could be seated promptly. The bartender provided good serive.

Food was good. Seems like a lot of people in training. My biggest complaint is they have college softball on 7 TVs and Phillies on one. I asked for them to change it and she tried, but couldn't figure it out.

Last night, my boyfriend and I had a kid-free night and wanted to grab apps while watching the Sixers and Flyers games. We decided to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings.

It looked busy when we walked in, but there was only one group ahead of us. When it was our turn, we were told it would be at least a 30-minute wait, so we decided to leave. As we were heading out, a server came bursting through the door looking visibly overwhelmed, which kind of confirmed we made the right call.

We ended up going to Chili’s instead. They were also busy, but we were able to grab seats at the bar right away. Within 30 seconds, we were greeted, given menus, and had our drink order taken shortly after.

Our food came out quickly, and everything ran really smoothly. One small thing that stood out was when one of my ranch sides spilled while the food runner was bringing it out. He apologized, went back to get more, and came back not only with extra ranch but also with a fresh set of wings completely unprompted.

I just wanted to share how pleasantly surprised I was. The whole restaurant seemed to run seamlessly despite how busy it was, and we’ll definitely be back.

Horrible. The big crispy Nashville had way too much seasonioning on it which made it extremely salty and gave me ketchup instead of ranch.

My wife and I stopped in today around 6pm we had a really nice visit. We shared a triple dipper and the food was good, but the service is what really made the experience. The host was kind and funny while getting us to our table, which we loved. Most importantly, our waiter was absolutely amazing. They were so attentive and honestly one of the best servers we've had in a long time. Great vibes all around! Food came out quick!Will be coming back!

I was super happy with the service even though we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated the food came out right away. Thank you to our server Bri for the excellent service. We will be back.

Me and my friends were eating here together and three of them got the 3 for me deal, however, when the 3 desserts should have been 6 dollars each, the waitress wrongly distributed our desserts and charged us an extra $13 dollars (The total was 31 for the desserts). When we asked her about fixing this, we were told there was nothing she could do beacsue we had already payed for the meals. My other friend never got her soup despite being charged for it. We are college students and we eached happily tipped but being charged an extra 13 dollars is unacceptable. We didnt want to argue with her and payed the bill but I'm horrified that we had to in the first place when I know its not momey we have to spend and anyone else would have argued the point. Our waitress seemed new, she had blond hair, and we understand mistakes happen but to not bring out a manager to talk to us was unfair. I can't say we'll be coming back any time soon.

Lance is an amazing server and handled our large book club and all our annoying requests with grace and a smile… even made me a fancy NA margarita. Food was awesome as you’d expect from a Chili’s. Love!!
