Went there for late lunch yesterday with my husband. Che(Shay) was our server and she was phenomenal. Service was great, food was great, she was super kind, friendly, nice and patient. Our order came in very fast too and it was delicious. My husband is obsessed with Chili’s and we’ve always liked KoP Chili’s but our server is definitely the reason we’ll be visiting more often.

Went in on a Friday night right before 9pm. The bartender kept disappearing, ordered wings, were undercooked. She took them back & asked if I wanted something else. I ordered nachos. The nachos looked like a child made them and probably were sitting for a while before they were served to me. I didn’t have a drink or water and again the bartender disappeared. I saw her in the back on her phone. Tried to get two people’s attention but failed. Finally, a gentleman taking out trash saw me trying to wave and get a staff member’s attention. I told him about the nachos and that I wanted another drink and some water. He got me water and informed the bartender. She was nice enough to not charge me for the wings and the nachos (which I had one bite of), but I came home hungry at 10:30. Worst service and even worst food quality! Tried calling the restaurant and reaching out to a manager for 3 days. Saturday & Sunday they said the manager was “unavailable” to talk but even on a Monday, they kept the phone aside twice for 20 minutes and I could hear everyone talking. How inconsiderate of them! Spend your money elsewhere guys!

Came in here on 2/28/24 at 6 pm…. we were sat at a booth in the bar area and upon sitting down was greeted by 2 COCKROACHES on the table and another one crawling up the wall… it seems like they were scattering while me and 2 others were approaching the table and sitting down… we immediately got up, told the hostess, and left. When we told the hostess she didn’t even seem surprised either which was the best part. Disgusting.
One of the worst chilis in the state, I came here twice and it was barely anyone there and I struggled to get service. The bartender did not want to give us the happy hour options even though I was there 15 minutes beforehand.

My husband and I go frequently to the King of Prussia location because of the great service and friendliness we get from the bartender, Lauren. On any given Friday we see the same group of people who are also there because of Lauren. She’s a great asset to your company!

In town for a quick work trip and I decided to go to Chili’s! Not what I was expecting… when you walk in the whole restaurant smells like URINE! Literally like the bathroom of a dirty bar.. the waitress at the bar was very nice but didn’t really check up on me too often and would walk away to the back for 10minutes at a time. I ordered the loaded cheese fries which came out 40minutes later and they were room temperature.. barely warm at all. I didn’t complain about anything but it’s safe to say that if I’m ever in the area again, I WONT be coming back.
