Very rude staffs especially three girls in the line, no one cares about the customers waiting! Worst experience

3 people at this site and no one cared while we were waiting to order. They were chitchatting amongst each other. We love chipotle but this place did not appeal us.

Google says they open at 11am on Saturday, but Chipotle team turned people away until Noon. Not sure if they really don’t open until noon and I could be wrong, but looked like everyone was taking their time and didn’t really want to open and get started. I asked what time they opened and they just said, “not yet” while rest of food court had been open and very busy since 10:30am.

I waited 20 minutes after they opened to finally order. Once I ordered service was terrible and the lady was very rude when I could hear her. Also had to argue with her about steak vs barbacoa then when I asked to replace back to steak she refused and continued to be rude. 9/14/23

Eat here at least once a week. They are never open at 11 which was their confirmed opening time as of 5 days ago.The guy behind the register is always polite and kind and is the best part of this place.His name is Khalif,(sorry if I misspelled)

This has got to be the most poorly managed chipotle location I’ve ever visited. I’ve visited this particular location about 5 times and am consistently met with a very poor attitude from the employees. They seem completely miserable. They’re also constantly out of ingredients like the veggies and dressing.

The food is the same in every location , so no complaints there. However , the people working there are miserable. Me walking in the line seems like an inconvenience to them. I work in this mall. Majority of the other restaurants have great customer service. All I'm asking for is a smile. It's not that hard

I don't know what others are complaining about, maybe depends on the time you get here. But we showed up right at the prime lunch time (12:20pm) and our service was very prompt, friendly, and issue-less (thank you to the host, Rebecca!)
