Pay attention to what they give. You ordered 3 classic Cinnabon's and a cookie. And they gave me 3 minutes and a cookie and charge me for the classics, what a rip-off.

Rude Cashier/ Workers.( Asian Male) Very short and Obviously cannot Multi Task.... Would only serve us Old Stale Buns that were made at 11am... It's Now 5pm..Not even Warm... Ridic . an States.... Only the end of the Night they are fresh with his back towards us... Never Again!!!

Asian male at counter had a disgusting attitude to us after he was kind and cordial to the white man ahead of us. Asked questions about the cinnabons while trying to decide what to get. He responded with unwarranted rude short answers during the exchange and even rolled his eyes at my husband, then he mumbled under his breath so at that point we decided to not order anything and left. If he doesn't want to serve people or feel that black people are not deserving of his best customer service then he should reconsider his career choice. And from the previous reviews I am glad I did not make a purchase there.

Customer service was great, However I ordered a 4 pack of cinnamon Roll's. Came home to eat one & I bit into hair that was baked into the cinnamon Roll.

Bought a box of large cinnamon rolls. Asked if the box was fresh, was told by the worker they just came out of the oven. When getting them home we we found they were all raw dough. Then realized the date on the box was a day old. Waste of money.

Brought a 15-Pack of Minibons and they tasted great after reheating them! Look at these, have you seen a better looking box of pastry? >:D

What a sad excuse for a Cinnabon. Maybe that's why they sell the center of the roll. This was super thin, short, not much cinnamon or frosting and was stale. Didn't fill the container and was only about an inch tall. What happened to Cinnabon?

I LOVE CINNABON! I had gotten two Cinnabons and my mom threw out my other one ?.
I tried to buy fresh buns to take home that was sitting behind the glass. The cashier told me that I couldn't buy the fresh ones. If I wanted to buy more than two I would have to get the pre made box or pay extra money to get fresh ones! The manager came out and confirmed it! I still confused as to why they would want to force me to buy something old and I didn't want! I wound up empty handed and didn't buy anything!! They are terrible!!!!
