Great option for brunch for our family, great menu selection. The breakfast tacos were delicious and nice outdoor seating.
Not a great first impression with the hostess, but the food and service made up for it. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
Liana was a great server and always wanted to make sure that we were getting what we needed and checking in on us. We were catching up so she didn't want to continually bother us. When my husband's burger came out with cheese on it, he's allergic to cheese, she immediately was on it and within minutes had a new burger for him. At the end of the night, Liana surprised one of the guys, and the rest of the table, with Snickers shooters, that were AMAZING!!! The temperature of the restaurant was a little hot. It didn't seem like the AC was working and it was stuffy at times. The fried pickles were delicious. Everyone had a great time. The strawberry basil margarita was very refreshing.
Very underwhelmed with the quality of the Cuban sandwich. Very little ham, the smoked sausage overpowered the entire sandwich. Fries were good but would not recommend this sandwich. Also another had the poke bowl which had cartilage in the tuna, the plate was drenched in sauce so much so that no other flavors could be tasted. Would not recommend this dish either. Will be quite some time before we visit this restaurant again.
Met a couple of friends for Sunday brunch and to watch Wimbledon. Food was awesome! I wish I could remember our server's name because she was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
Everyone was friendly and attentive, food was nice and flavorful. Plenty to choose from on all menus. Our server knowledgeable and polite. We did not see a copy of our check, which I thought strange.
This was our first time at City Works. We were seated and waiting for the others in our party. For quite some time nobody came over to ask about drinks. We had to flag someone down to look for our server. We eventually got waters and then our server came over and apologized for the wait. That said, the rest of the afternoon was fine. We all enjoyed our drinks and food. We would come back.
Service was slow and server really didn't know about the food he was serving. I also had a hair in my food. I noticed after I ate some of it. When the waiter finally came back to check on us I informed him of the hair and asked for it to be taken off the bill. We waited again he finally came back and said it was taken off. But no visit from the manager whom he said he would speak with or even an apology. Never going back there.
Service was soooo slow menu was way different than online: wouldn't have gone had I know that
My drink was very good. The food - NOT SO MUCH! One example: Told the waiter that the coleslaw that was part of my son's meal tasted sour (like it had gone bad) - he just shrugged. Won't be going back.

My husband and I are frequent diners at City Works - King of Prussia. Our requests for which type of table (booth, standard, high-top) and where (outdoors or inside) are always accommodated, the service is helpful and appropritely attentive, and often friendly. The food, of course, is delicious, or we wouldn't keep going back. I can highly recommend the blackened salmon salad, the shrimp tacos,, the pork chop entre, the duck nachos, and the drinks are great, too!
Went to have Mother's Day Brunch at City Works in King of Prussia. We had delicious platters and excellent service. We had reserved a table in advance and did not have to wait at all to be seated. The food and drinks arrived quickly and everything was great! The only problem related to this restaurant is the parking. The whole set up of the restaurants in Town Center makes it seem more like a walking around (with only a few spaces near the restaurants). It's a short walk to most of the other nearby parking, but you need to allow a few minutes to find an open space.
Exciting and modern environment great outdoor patio. Good unique higher end pub grub. Recommend the crab fondue! Great service. Would go again!
Food was not great. It did not come out all together, the flatbread was terrible. Service was great.
Kyra is a rockstar. She makes our experiences at CityWorks wonderful - she remembers our names and our family. She's awesome. The food is also amazing and the experience is great too.
