City Works (King of Prussia Town Center - King of Prussia)

Glad we had a reservation. For a Tuesday evening the place was packed. Tables too close. Could not avoid hitting the people behind us. Chatter was way too loud. Food was good. Nothing exceptional.

This is our second try here. Our first experience was not that great service was awful. Food was OK. Our second time was worse. We had reservations at 4:15. Put in order pretty fast. Our waitress left and didn't even check with us after it took 45 minutes to get our food. When she finally checked back I had to tell her my chicken sandwich that took so long was stone cold so had to wait for another. Manager came to check but never apologized. Our waitress along with manager and others stood by the bar talking while patrons waited. It took almost two hours to get out and didn't bother asking if they could make it right. This will be our last attempt. Positive note hostess stand was very friendly

We waited a long time for our entrees. When we received, the ribs were cold. Service was not great. Grilled corn was not good

I booked a table for myself and 4 out of town co-workers and I hit a home run! Everyone loved the experience, the appetizers and the main course. I have to say, the smoked meatloaf was out of this whole. The best meatloaf I have ever had! That is saying a lot. I plan on bring my wife to enjoy Sunday football! Thank you!

Our waiter was incredible (sadly I don't remember his name but he was the best - short king with circle glasses). Drinks were on point!!!! Overall food was decent - we got a few apps that were solid except the wings...I'm sorry gotta say it they were trash (didn't taste fully cooked and there was a feather or two still on them). Main entries were disappointing if I'm being honest, but overall nice bar feel if you looking to check out a good game and get drinks.

Great experience. Stopped in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed. Many, many beers on tap, great food and great service.

Steak was excellent. As were the wings. Ribs were a little dry. Service was very good. It was a little cool inside

Excellent service & ambience, but food was not good. The banana pancakes tasted like chemicals.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in quite some time. This time, while the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. Not rude but just completely untrained. The server had absolutely no idea how to be a server. Wasn't attentive at all. We sat with empty water glasses the entire time. We sat with finished plates for over an hour and he never cleared the table (nor did anyone else). Finally brought us our check and didn't know how to split it on 2 credit cards. I might go back because the food was good but please do a better job training.
