Cold Stone Creamery is always good, this location in the King of Prussia Mall is no exception. They only get 4 stars because they didn’t have Butter Pecan ice cream. Probably because it’s a smaller store. You won’t be disappointed if you stop by, but if you like Butter Pecan like I do, you may be a little disappointed.

Ice cream was delicious but the customer service and the attitude from the employees towards customers is genuinely disgusting. LITERALLY CHANGE ALL YOUR STAFF. Will not be returning. So sad to see!! Very snobby employees, that were very rushy, kept rolling their eyes and they kept talking about customers right in front of customers and saying how hard is it to get ice cream.

I went to cold stone for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The two ladies there had no clue it was my first time and the service that was provided was phenomenal. Kai and Jenny were so understanding of my needs they explained the process of making an order and assisted me with the reward program sign up. Kai and Jenny, Thank you for your excellent customer services.

I was there in front of the shop at 7:30 pm with my kid looking at menu and the girl on the counter went to switch off the lights and told we are closed even though hours on their site says till 8 pm

no one is wearing hair nets or gloves. The person that did my ice cream kept touching his hair and did not want to wear gloves.

I was craving some ice cream at the mall, so I stopped by Cold Stone. I was happy I did because the ice cream was good; I had no complaints. I got a coffee flavor; almonds, and chocolate chip toppings. I paid around $7, which isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive I have paid for ice cream. The service was quick, and the portion size could have been more generous, but it was just enough for me, making it worth the price. The creamy texture and perfect balance of flavors made it an enjoyable treat. I have never had a problem with Cold Stone; you get to choose the flavor and toppings of your choice, making it a personalized experience every time. Plus, the friendly staff always makes the visit enjoyable. I will say this location is hidden in the mall with a lot of foot traffic, without any seating nearby, so the atmosphere doesn't encourage staying close by; it's more grab-and-go.

Caroline and Jen didn't just hand me an ice cream; they bestowed upon me an entire glacier of frozen delight.Their skillful hands crafted an ice cream so grand, it could rival the pyramids. And the flavors? Divine. It's almost as if they summoned the gods of dessert themselves. I received such amazing service, it was akin to receiving a royal decree – they were so attentive, you'd think they were serving royalty.Topped off with a silky, spankingly sublime, savoury, succulent, satisfying, sweet, sugary, sexy milkshake. 10/10In a world filled with mediocrity, Caroline and Jen stand as shining beacons of excellence. Got there 7:50, rude worker said they closed even though google and the mall show 8:00pm is closing time. She refused to scoop ice cream for my daughter, said they were understaffed (2 of them, no line) and asked are you going to clean the store for me?No time to serve but time to go in the back and check on her phone.

I was here on 03/28 I was there about 10 mins before closing and they told me they couldn’t serve me because they were closed.If you say your open until 8 you should work until 8 if not then change the times on the hours.Thanks

This cold stone has some of the best employees. this very friendly asian girl took my order despite having a hoarse voice. My voice was also hoarse from yelling at people earlier that day and the employee knew exactly which ice cream would sooth my hoarseness. Thanks cold stone!
