Well this is the third cut in menu we have seen in the last year. It is now a buffet only, although you can ask for a freshly made pancake.Seems to be only two people working, cook and waitress. Typically buffet food, eggs(scrambled), bacon, sausage, sausage gravy on biscuits, fresh fruit and muffins. They do have coffee out, but this place has never been able to make coffee since it opened. Not sure the issue, personally I can overlook some issues if I just have a decent cup of coffee to start my day.The switch to a buffet I assume was recent as I heard several other people complaining they were looking for an omelette…

This was a great eatery when first opened. But, service, food, and scaled-down menu changedHopefully, they'll improve or bust like The Tavern.

Food wasn’t bad. Friendly staff, but the length of time to get our food was horrible!!

After reading the mixed reviews we knew we were taking a chance but it's just breakfast so we decided to give the Copper Whisk in the Valley Forge Casino a try.

We arrived a few minutes after they opened and were seated quickly. We were the only customers in the dining area. The server was a very nice woman who brought us coffee and menus. When she returned quite a while later we ordered.

My husband ordered the pancakes, I ordered the Belgian waffle we each ordered a side of bacon. The food took a very long time to come out, again we were the only people in the dining room. When the food arrived my Belgian waffle had the extra $3.49 up charge whip cream and strawberries topping which I did not order. I didn't say anything because I could afford it but it was noticeable they brought the most expensive version of my breakfast. The bacon was flavorless which seems nearly impossible. The Belgian waffle was not close to being warm. It was so cold the butter wouldn't melt. My husbands pancakes were rubbery but warm so there's that. The server didn't come check on us to see if we needed anything or even look our way for that matter. If she had she would have seen my nearly full plate set to the edge of the table as it was not worth the calories to eat it cold.

She didn't come over until we had had enough and finally flagged her down. I let her know about the cold waffle, she offered to have the kitchen make another but we couldn't wait another 45 minutes to get the remade food so we paid the bill and left.

We we not be returning to the Copper Whisk.

The waitress asked us to come back in 20 mins even the place was half empty. They had not idea how to manage the sitting. Couples were occupying all the tables with benches that can fit 4 or more. All other small tables were empty. When a group of more than 4 come, they will make you wait forever!

UPDATE: 12/25/2022 1:10 PMFood was good, server was as well. Pricing was fair for a resort.Came here on Christmas while at the resort, it was between 11:00am-12:30 pm. To begin, we were put on a waiting list for 25 mins by a female mngr and forgotten; she advised that she would call when table was ready. I came back 30 mins later because there was no call. A man was there this time, said he would chk with manager and left, didn't come bk. Then a different female showed up to say, she would also chk with mngr in reference to sitting. She came bk with the manager who said that she called but didn't get an answer, she didn't call me. We were finally seated!. Also there was another woman that had waited an hour and finally came bk to chk on her seating because she never received a cll either. They need to work on their customer service. I will follow in reference to their food.

The food is okay, the service is awful.

Me and my wife have eaten at the Copper whisk a few times. This time I had the French toast platter and my wife had the eggs benedict which comes with two eggs both delicious the atmosphere is quaint and cozy. We didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive the whole staff is doing a great job from the kitchen to the hostess to the waitresses. The people who have given not so good reviews on the copper whisk I think just got up on the wrong side of the bed or didn't go to bed or just lost their money. Keep up the good work Veronica and Lisa! PS work on getting that Taylor pork roll

This is the worst display of customer service I have experienced. We went at 12:15 and were told 40 minute wait and they would text us when the table was ready. We waited over 2 hours, checked back in, and called and never got a text or a call back. 4 hours later we finally had to move on and still never got a text or a call back. The list only had 2 people before us and we saw lots of tables seated ahead of us with no text or call. They literally closed up the restaurant and NEVER contacted us. This restaurant discriminated against us. Please avoid this place at all costs as they do not believe in equal treatment of humans and will pick and choose who they help based on the way you look.

My boyfriend and I stay at the hotel from time to time and never knew they had opened a breakfast place months ago, so we were excited to try it out. We get there and there is a 3o min wait. We waited but then our wait time turn into almost hour. When we finally got sat it looked like they only had one server named Lisa. She came over and greeted us and thanked us for our patience and apologize for the wait. She took our order with a caring poise manor and assured us the food is worth the wait. Our food came out pretty quickly and the presentation was beautiful. I loved the little orange on the plate. I also love that the syrup was heated. We enjoyed the food and our server was wonderful. We will definitely be back again. Thank-you Lisa for the wonderful service and the great experience at the copper whisk.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and the food is great and not bad prices. I really enjoy the hash and eggs. The service is wonderful. The waitress Lisa is absolutely the best. Such a sweet, hardworking young lady.
